Realization dawned on Shelly. "Honestly, I was just curious to see what their menus are like."
"The waiter will explain the dishes later."
"I guess high-class restaurants are different. Do they have baby chairs? You won't be able to eat if you keep holding Audrey."
"What if she falls off the chair?" Hayden asked.
"Don't you put Aiden into a baby chair when you feed him, too?"
"Aiden is bigger in size, and our daughter is so thin... It's not the same thing!" Hayden said.
Resigned, Shelly said, "Fine! Keep holding her if you want to! We can take turns."
"I can eat even with her in my arms," Hayden argued.
"Do you enjoy holding her that much? Isn't it tiring?
"No. She is light."
"Very well!" Shelly wanted to snap that since Hayden loved their daughter so much, they could sleep together at night, but she did not say it out loud.
In truth, putting Audrey to sleep at night was quite exhausting as she would wake up once every night to be fed.
Shelly could not sleep through the night, so she would always feel tired during the day.
Hayden also thought about this issue and asked, "Who sleeps with the child at night, you or your mother?"
"My mother takes care of her during the day, and I take over at night," Shelly replied. "If we don't switch off, it will be very tiring."
"Hmm… Once you move into the new place, you can have the nanny sleep with the child. That way, you'll have better sleep," Hayden suggested. "My mom slept with our son before and said she didn't sleep well at night."
"They are twins, so they're the same age, but the doctor delivered Audrey first. Technically, Audrey should be the older sister, but shortly after the two children were born, Aiden started to grow a bit bigger than Audrey, so we decided to let the bigger baby be the oldest," Shelly explained.
"It's good to let our son be the older sibling. That way, he can take care of Audrey in the future," Hayden continued. "What's Audrey's full name?"
"Audrey Taylor," Shelly said, lowering her head, knowing that Hayden was definitely concerned about their daughter having her last name.
"Aiden's full name is Aiden Tate. Did you come up with that name for my parents?" Hayden found it a bit coincidental.
"No, I just told them that's what I called him. I named our daughter first. If you don't believe me, I can show you the proof," Shelly blushed and replied. "If you think it's not good for our daughter to have my last name, you can change it. As long as you don't take our daughter away from me, I'm open to everything else."
Hayden responded, "Let's talk about this matter later!"
Not long after, the child's meal was served.
