Yara felt a chill run through her heart.
It was Sabrina!
Sabrina was the one behind all this!
That malicious woman—Yara needed to tell Phineas.
She glanced at Phineas in a panic, only to see him casting a warning look at Sabrina, as if cautioning her not to stir up trouble at this critical moment.
It was as if a bucket of cold water had been poured over Yara, leaving her shivering.
Phineas knew what Sabrina was up to!
But he wasn’t going to expose her. At a time like this, he probably didn't want to make waves.
Yet, Sabrina was hurting her!
Would her unborn child even survive this? How could Phineas not care?
Sabrina looked at her, holding a greasy cloth in her hand, feigning concern, “Dear sister, how could you be so careless? You’re pregnant and should be resting, not running around all day. Now look what’s happened. You should head to the hospital; you don’t want anything happening to your little boy. I’ll let your husband know to come and see you.”
Phineas shot Sabrina a glare. “Enough with the chatter. Get your family to help with the search.”
At that moment, Yara realized so much.
She had been foolish to think there was any sibling bond left in the Hetfield family.
When nothing was at stake, they were siblings.
When it came to matters of interest, she was merely an outsider.
The promise of shares might have been nothing more than a lie.
The words Yara was about to say were swallowed back.
Go ahead, keep searching. Hope you never find Morwenna. When Stuart returns, everyone will face the consequences!
Yara felt the blood continuing to flow between her legs.
Her son might not make it, and if she had to suffer, then everyone would.
Yara lay motionless on the stretcher, not revealing to Phineas that she had already found Morwenna.
