Yanis shook her head, "No need. Yoyo and I will just tidy up a bit together. We'll leave the rest for Bonnie to handle when she comes over tomorrow."

Since the police still needed to take photos for evidence, a general cleanup would suffice for now.

Haider accepted Yanis's response without pushing further, "Alright then, if you need any help, just call me directly."

Then, Haider hesitated for a moment and added, "Yanis, Bonnie always worries about bothering me, so she rarely comes to me unless it's something important. If she feels uncomfortable discussing certain matters, you can call me instead."

Yanis nodded, "Got it."

As Yanis was about to leave the car, Haider thought of something and called out to her, stopping her in her tracks. "Yanis?"

Yanis turned to look at Haider, "Yes, Haider?"

Haider got out of the car, walked over to Yanis, and then spoke, "Could you talk to Bonnie for me?"

Yanis raised an eyebrow, "Talk to Bonnie? About what?"

Haider nodded and leaned casually against the car, speaking softly, "I know it's been less than a year since Myles passed away, and it's impossible for her to jump into a new relationship right away. But she has been carrying feelings for him all this time and even planned to be with him for the rest of her life. However, I don't think Myles would want her to dwell on him forever."

Yanis understood the underlying meaning of Haider's words.

"I understand, but convincing her now might be difficult," Yanis replied. She mentioned, "She said she dreamed of Myles."

Haider was at a loss for words after hearing that. After a few seconds of silence, he said in a low voice, "I'll try again later."

Yanis nodded, "I know."

Haider straightened his posture, "I checked Lawyer Phillips; he seems reliable, and I can tell he treats Bonnie well."

Yanis agreed, "I think so too. Lawyer Phillips is reliable, and he treats Bonnie with care."

Haider continued, "But ultimately, the decision lies with Bonnie. If she doesn't want to, we can't force her. Still, I hope she can move forward and not let herself be confined by her feelings for someone who's no longer with us."

Yanis replied, "This matter will take time."

Haider nodded, "You're right."

As Haider finished speaking, his phone rang. It was a call from Eduard.

Haider answered the call, "What's up?"

"Mr. Hughs, a video of Miss Thompson meeting with a small company's boss before joining the company has been leaked," Eduard's voice came through the phone.

Frowning, Haider asked, "But Sandy is in a temporary retirement state now. How could this happen?"

"It's probably because of the recent situation with Mr. Hawkins, and that has brought attention to Miss Thompson's previous actions as well," Eduard explained.

Haider furrowed his brow even more, "I see. I'll go back to the company now."

After hanging up the call, Haider put away his phone and looked at Yanis, saying softly, "I need to go back to the company. You can take care of things here."
