After hanging up, the phone rang again.
Thinking that it was from Ivan, Bonnie answered the phone and said directly,"What now?"
"Is that Miss Thompson?"
Hearing the sound, she took a look at the caller ID and got up sharply in fright. She coughed slightly. "Mr. Walsh, well, Yanis is outside. I'll give her the phone."
"Oh, that's Miss Cooke, please give Miss Thompson the phone."
Bonnie answered. Then she got up and pretended to from one side of the bed to the other side and handed her phone to Yanis.
Yanis smiled after seeing Bonnie's expression. She reached for the phone. "Mr. Walsh."
"Is the drawing ready? It's going to be submitted for review tomorrow."
After Darin's words, it occurred to Yanis. She had forgotten about this matter in the past few days.
"I…haven't started yet."
Darin was a bit shocked. "Are you uninspired or something?"
Yanis hesitated but told the truth to Darin.
After Yanis's words, Darin was silent for a few seconds. "Anyway, it's just for formality. You can send me any pictures you drew before. I'll submit it."
"Is that OK?"
"No problem. I will also get someone to verify the information of the purchase of copyright last time. If there is evidence of positive proof, the following things will not be so troublesome. As long as the picture submitted this time is drawn by you, it would be OK."
There was also a subtle reminder in Darin's words.
In the business, it doesn't matter even if you draw poorly. However, if you plagiarize, you'll be blacklisted and never have a promising future.
Yanis understood Darin's meaning certainly. She replied slightly,"OK, I'll send it to your email."
"Well, have a good rest. When the second round starts, I'll tell you the theme in advance."
"OK, thanks for your trouble."
Darin laughed. "Nothing. It's my responsibility. Besides, I have something to talk to you about. After dealing with these things, I'll come to Manches City to see you."
Yanis answered,"OK, see you later."
After hanging up, Yanis looked at Bonnie and asked,"Bonnie, is there the artwork I drew before?"
"Photo or manuscript?"
Yanis thought for a while. "Well, the end-product drawing. I'll send the packfile to Mr. Walsh."
Bonnie sat up. "I save it on my computer. I'll take my laptop here. You can send it now."
Yanis responded,"OK."
Soon Bonnie took the computer upstairs and handed it to Yanis. "It's the one with you name on the desktop. You can send it to him now."
Yanis nodded and sent the file to Darin's mailbox. Then she texted to Darin.
Darin: [Received.]
Yanis handed the laptop to Bonnie. "Alright."
Bonnie took the computer and put it aside. "Why do you choose this one? Didn't you send one before?"
Yanis didn't tell Bonnie about the similar work that appeared at the time of submission. It was originally a misunderstanding.
Now that Bonnie asked, Yanis explained it to her roughly.
After her words, Bonnie said,"Well, unexpectedly, you actually participated in the contest of the same organizer after so many years."
Yanis didn't expect it. "It must be fate."
"Yanis, I believe that you're bound to shine in the future."
