Zane left them alone without speaking.
Olivia saw Yanis standing behind Zane.
She entered the door and greeted Yanis, "Yanis, you are finally back!"
She wanted to hug Yanis.
Yanis subconsciously took a step back, avoiding Olivia's hands.
Zane glanced at Martin who was still at the door, turned around and walked to the living room with Yanis in his arms, "Come in and take a seat."
Zane spoke while walking.
Compared with Olivia, Martin seemed a little nervous.
Olivia waved to Martin, who was standing at the door, and said in a low voice, "What are you doing there? Come in!"
Martin came in and closed the door carefully.
Olivia dragged Martin and followed Zane and Yanis to the door.
"Yanis, your dad and I bought you something. I know you don't need anything, but please take it..."
"How do you know I'm back in Manches City?"
Before Olivia could finish speaking, Yanis interrupted.
Hearing what Yanis said, Olivia paused, then put the things in her hands on the table, and stood a little awkwardly at the coffee table. She first glanced at Zane, then looked at Yanis, and said softly, "Well, your mother... I mean, Lucia came last night."
When Yanis heard Olivia's words, she frowned immediately.
But before Yanis could speak, Zane spoke first, "What did she want?"
Olivia seemed a little embarrassed, looking at Zane with a nervous face.
Yanis looked at Olivia for a while, then turned to look at Zane, and said in a low voice, "Go and tidy up, otherwise, Albi will have to wait for us."
Zane knew that Yanis wanted him to leave them alone. But he was worried that Olivia and Martin would hurt Yanis, so he frowned and didn't want to leave.
Yanis gently pinched Zane's fingers, whispering, "They dare not."
When Zane heard Yanis' words, he stood up reluctantly, "I'll be down in a while."
Yanis nodded, "Okay."
After Zane left, Yanis looked at Martin and Olivia, who were standing awkwardly in front of her, and pointed to the sofa, "Sit down."
Olivia hesitated for a moment, then pulled Martin to sit down on the sofa.
After they sat down, Yanis cut to the chase, "What did she want?"
This time it was Martin who spoke, "Yanis, your mother and I did not treat you well before, but... but we did care about you, you..."
"Get to the point."
Yanis didn't want to hear their excuses.
