"Just came in," Albi responded.
Zane put his phone aside and looked at Albi, asking, "So, any news?"
Albi handed over the information he had obtained through Black Market channels. "This is what I found out. Mr. Hughes isn't doing too well; he's currently in Manches City No. 3 Hospital."
Zane took the documents from Albi and quickly scanned them.
He hadn't expected Myles to have such a hand in this.
Despite searching for days, Haider's people couldn't find anything about Mr. Hughes being in Manches City.
It seemed that the most dangerous place was also the safest place - this method was indeed practical.
"Anything else on today's agenda?" Zane asked softly after reading through everything.
Albi shook his head. "You don't have anything planned for now, but you'll be meeting with the Ellis family later this afternoon."
"Has the land price been set for West City?"
"Yes," Albi replied. "But it seems like the Ellis family might not be able to afford it and may want to partner up with us instead."
"We'll discuss it when we meet them later," Zane said as he stood up and headed towards the door before remembering something else. "Send some more things over to Mrs. Lawrence's place this afternoon - as much as possible."
Albi glanced at Zane before asking him whether they should send bags or clothes over there?
Zane thought for a few seconds before replying: "Send everything we can."
"Okay," said Alibi nodding her head confidently . "What about flowers? Should I order some?"
"Yes," replied Zane firmly without hesitation .
"Alright then," said Alibi smilingly , "I'll take care of that."
As Zane walked out of his office building, he remembered Yanis mentioning something about finding Myles last night but not saying anything further about it since she knew how much Bonnie meant to him.
Now that they had found Myles though, Zan didn't plan on telling Yanis just yet because he knew how much Myles cared for Bonnie and wouldn't want her upset by any means.
Therefore, Zan decided that visiting Myles first would be best so that once all facts were known then they could decide what actions needed taking next.
No 3 Hospital was located on outskirts of Manches city but its medical facilities were no less than those offered by No 1 Hospital due to both hospitals having same owner behind scenes . Therefore, the medical equipment and everything else were consistent. It took about forty minutes by car from the Lawrence Group to No. 3 Hospital. When Zane arrived at No. 3 Hospital, it was close to noon.
"Find a place to grab something to eat and I'll call you when I'm done," Zane whispered to Albi as soon as they parked at the hospital.
Albi nodded, "Okay, I'll be around here."
Zane grunted and turned directly into the hospital building.
Myles' ward was on the eighth floor.
When Zane found Myles' ward and walked in, Myles was eating his meal while grumbling. Although there was a table full of food in front of him, they were all bland dishes with small portions.
As Myles ate and complained under his breath, he heard some noise outside his door. He looked up towards the entrance and saw that it was Zane who had come in; he accidentally dropped a piece of vegetable back onto his plate.
"What's so miserable?" Zane didn't think much of it as he walked straight in after taking off his shoes outside.
As soon as Zane sat down on the chair next to Myles' bed, Myles seemed like he just snapped out of it; frowning at him while asking: "What are you doing here?"
Zane gave him a glance before replying: "What are YOU doing here?"
