Luca looked at the sticky note in Sandy's hand, hesitated for a moment, then nodded, "Sandy, I was just impulsive last night, I..."
"What did you do to my sister?" Sandy asked sternly.
Luca dared not admit to what he had done to Stella last night. Seeing Luca's reaction, Sandy almost guessed what had happened.
Without waiting for Luca to speak, she raised her hand and slapped him.
Brandon, who was caught off guard, quickly stepped in and pulled Sandy into his arms, saying, "Sandy, don't be impulsive!"
"Brandon, help me teach him a lesson!" Sandy struggled to get closer to Luca.
Worried about Sandy, Brandon held her tightly, "Sandy, calm down! Let me handle it, okay? Don't be so impulsive."
"You scum!" Sandy threw the thing in her hand at Luca with force.
Luca didn't dodge, as he knew what he had done was truly despicable.
Sandy was still emotional, struggling to break free from Brandon's hold to go after Luca.
Brandon was concerned about Sandy's well-being and didn't dare to use too much force, so he could only try to soothe her, "Sandy, don't move, let me deal with him. Don't act recklessly."
Sandy glared at Luca with intense disgust. "You damn bastard! What right do you have to treat her like that? What does she owe you?"
In her hysterical questioning, Sandy's eyes were cold and full of hatred, as if she wanted to tear Luca apart.
After several attempts to calm Sandy down, Brandon finally managed to settle her.
Brandon stabilized Sandy and then looked at Luca, speaking in a low voice, "Did you touch Stella?"
Luca glanced at Brandon but didn't reply.
For Sandy, this silence was a confirmation, and all the emotions she had just managed to suppress surged up again.
In a moment of distraction on Brandon's part, Sandy rushed forward and started attacking Luca.
Brandon hurriedly tried to pull Sandy away, but she held onto Luca's clothes tightly and refused to let go.
Luca, who had grown somewhat annoyed by Sandy's actions, pushed her away.
If Brandon hadn't quickly supported Sandy, she would have fallen down the stairs.
"Sandy!" Brandon was shocked and pulled her close into his arms.
Sandy was frightened by Luca's push and was covered in cold sweat.
She gasped for breath as she leaned against Brandon, still feeling unsettled.
After helping Sandy stand firm, Brandon turned to Luca, raised his foot, and threw a punch at Luca's face.
Brandon's punch was not light, and Luca didn't even try to dodge it.
By the time Luca wanted to retaliate, he had no room left to do so.
Brandon clearly had the upper hand.
As Sandy looked at Brandon punching Luca several times, her eyes fell on the sticky note on the ground. She immediately took out her phone and called the police.
"Brandon, that's enough," Sandy shouted after making the call.
Upon hearing Sandy's words, Brandon finally stopped hitting Luca, and his attention turned to Sandy.
