I got married without you (James and Amelia) novel Chapter 117

Amelia looked at the man in the car. He glanced at her.
It was as if he would strangle her to death
if she did not listen to him.
She struggled for a moment before walking towards the Bugatti.
She wanted to sit in the back seat, but the door was locked, and she couldn’t open it. Only the door of the passenger seat was
open.
It was apparent that he wanted her to sit in the passenger seat. She was a little afraid to get so close to him, but she didn’t dare to disobey him.
Gritting her teeth, she opened the
passenger seat door and got in.
After she fastened her seat belt, he started
the car.
It was the first time Amelia had taken his car. To be exact, he had never driven her anywhere since she followed him.
Her memories of them were all in bed,
and they didn’t say much.
Strangely, he would take the initiative to approach her when their relationship was
over.
She didn’t know where he wanted to take
her, so she didn’t dare to ask. She could only sit in the car without saying a word.
James dr ove her to the seaside that had not been developed yet.
The car stopped at a dark intersection. There was not even a single street lamp.
Seeing such an environment and thinking of the news that someone had killed
someone and thrown the body away, she
instantly became nervous.
James didn’t get out of the car. He just
rolled down the window and let the sea
breeze in.
He lowered his eyes and played with his cigarette. He didn’t say anything.
Amelia found it strange and couldn’t help stealing a glance at him.
At first glance, she sure that the corners of his eyes were sold as if he was trying his best to hold back something. ӌ
Amelia’s heart skipped a beat. There seemed to be something wrong with him.
She grabbed the seat belt tightly, plucked up her courage, and asked in a low voice. “Mr. Evans, what’s wrong with you?”
