Billy was stunned. Then, he composed himself and responded smilingly, “What do you mean? You might be young, but I’ve always thought you were wise.”

Bonnie stared at them and asked, “If that’s the case, do you think I wouldn’t know that you and Falcon have been testing me?”

Billy looked into her eyes and felt a pang of uncharacteristic guilt. Meanwhile, Falcon turned to him and exchanged glances. Billy cleared his throat and said, “Come on, Barrett. You’re—”

Bonnie interjected, “If my assumptions are right, those guys you tortured aren’t members of the Nidhoggs.”

The duo exchanged glances again and noticed the shock in each other’s eyes. They knew “Bonnie” was perceptive, but not this much. They could not help but wonder how she made such a conclusion.

Bonnie observed their expressions and continued, “Although you’re quiet now, I figured you out just by looking at you. You think I’m one of the Nidhoggs, don’t you?”

Falcon’s eyes widened in shock. He stammered, unable to form a cohesive sentence, “Y-You’re—”
