"The Dark Knights…" Bonnie pondered it and said, "Just say that we're about to begin an operation, but it isn't related to the chip. We're just dealing with some internal matters. That's all.

"There's no need to tell them about the rest of the details. Otherwise, Vic might make a big deal out of it and hound you again."

Collin nodded in agreement. "It's good that we tell them. After all, they sent one of their own to keep eyes on our every move."

"Keep it brief and don't clash heads with them. We don't need that right now." Bonnie didn't want to say it, but she knew Collin better than anyone. Once he got his mind set, no one could talk him out of it.

Collin answered, "You got it, chief. I promise you, I'm just going to tell them about the operation. I won’t start another conflict with them again."

"Great. What matters is that you're aware of it." Bonnie yawned. "I'm going to get some rest. Go ahead and make the arrangements."

"Okay, chief," Collin responded.

The moment he ended the call with her, he made a call to Ivor.

"We're going to launch an operation tomorrow night, but it's going to be the same as last time. We're just dealing with some internal matters. It's got nothing to do with retrieving the chip. I hope you won't make a fuss when you see us commencing the operation."

"Okay," Ivor responded dryly. He paused before he asked again, "Did your leader ask you to inform us? Or, did you think to let us know of your own accord?"

Collin shrugged and responded casually, "What difference does it make?"

"There's no difference from a theoretical standpoint, but we are working with each other on this. So, I have to find out certain details."

'I have to give it to Vic. He’s so imposing that he reminds me of Bonnie. Of course, it doesn't mean that I'm afraid of him or anything. I hung up so quickly because I promised her that I wouldn't start another conflict with them!

'In any case, I've informed the Dark Knights about our operation. What I need to do next is prepare for tomorrow night's operation. I can forget about the rest.'

Meanwhile, Ivor stared at his phone after Collin hung up on him. His eyes flashed with an unexplained emotion.
