Jordynn approached Bonnie and said, “I ruffled through your bag to search for evidence. that would make Ivor leave you.” 

Bonnie believed that, but it made her curious about something else. She frowned and wondered what Jordynn saw in her bag. 

“Can we trust you, Jordynn?” Natalee asked timidly. She could afford to be cocky with Bonnie and Avril, but things were different regarding Jordynn. After all, Natalee was an ordinary girl and could not risk offending the Day family. 

“Keep watching, and you’ll see.” Jordynn calmly leaned on the wall. 

Judging by her reaction, everyone felt there was something more to it. As expected, they saw Trina in the footage a minute later.

The students could not see if Trina took Rene’s necklace and placed it in Bonnie’s bag after sneaking into the lecture hall. However, Bonnie was not in the footage at all. That meant the culprit was either Jordynn or Trina, and the latter was the most suspicious between the two 

Soon after, the incident spread, and the dean called the students involved to his office. 

Avril pointed at Trina and said, “Bonnie is no longer your sister, Trina. Your family clarified 

that they wouldn’t concern themselves with anything Bonnie does. I remember she didn’t 

even have time to gather her belongings because your family immediately kicked her out. 

“She was miserable enough back then, so why would you do something so atrocious? You took everything from Bonnie, including her fiance, parents, and status as one of you. She has lost everything. 

“Aren’t you content with what you have? Stop kicking her while she’s down! Why do you hate her so much?!” Avril roared, expressing all her thoughts. She even began to lose her 

breath from anger 

Meanwhile, her classmates muttered and pointed at Trina. 

Trina became teary–eyed as usual, playing the victim again. “I–I didn’t do that. I went to look. 

for Bonnie and realized she wasn’t there.” 

“Please, you were in the lecture hall for over a minute, and no one else was there. You didn’t need to linger inside for so long. You’re not fooling anyone. Do we look like gullible fools who’ll believe everything you say?”
