"I'm just kidding."
Eudora grinned. She was in a good mood and hugged the two's arms, and walked into the yard.
Sitting in the courtyard, Eudora and Ansel were sitting and chatting together. Mildred went to find some food in the refrigerator and made soup for Eudora.
After chatting for a while, Eudora glanced at the basket that was bitten off at one corner and asked Ansel, "Dad, is this the basket Mr. Robert gave you?"
"Yes, Mr. Robert just sent it over the day before yesterday."
"That's just right. I haven't seen Mr. Robert for a long time. I'll take the basket and let him repair it. By the way, I'll let him come to our house for dinner."
"Yes, go quickly. Mr. Robert misses you very much."
"Okay. I'll go right away."
When Eudora returned home, she found something in her backpack and held it in her hand. She took the basket with her and went straight to Kevin's house.
Kevin was a foreigner who had been in Maple Town for more than twenty years. He had been living at the foot of the mountain not far from their home alone.
Kevin was mysterious. No one knew his background, including Eudora.
Eudora went up the mountain and walked on the path. The grass on both sides of the road was dense. There were also colorful flowers swaying in the wind. Against the background of the blue sky, the scenery was beautiful.
Kevin glared at Eudora, patted her hand away, and then let the beard out of her reach. "What are you doing here? You come to see me with nothing. Go far away, don't affect my mood."
He pretended to look disgusted. But in fact, there was an unconcealable joy in his heart.
"Do you really want me to go?"
Eudora frowned and then slowly raised her other hand behind her back. There was a bottle of wine in her hand.
She looked at the wine and couldn't help but say, "What a bottle of wine! No one is accompanying me; I can only enjoy it alone."
