"Good, good. I feel good."
Ansel laughed happily, looked at Colbert, and said, "My daughter has been spoiled by her mother since she was young, so don't blame her."
"Yes, yes. She is ignorant. Mr. Steele, don't be angry."
Mildred knew Colbert was noble, so she didn't dare to call him by his first name but called him Mr. Steele.
"I won't."
A smile appeared on Colbert's cold and stern face. "The doctor said that Mr. Stanford's physical indicators are normal, and he can be discharged from the hospital tomorrow."
"Haha. Thank you. Thank you for your help."
"Yes, he is right. Mr. Steele, without your help, I don't know when he will wake up."
Mildred was very grateful to Colbert and reminded Eudora, "We owe such a big favor to Mr. Steele. You should invite him to dinner tonight. Do you understand?"
Eudora pressed her lips and wanted to refuse. But when she saw the happy smiles of her adoptive parents after a long absence, she couldn't bear to refuse.
She had no choice but to nod unhappily. "Got it."
Eudora didn't want to see Colbert pretending to be kind in front of her adoptive parents, so she turned and walked out of the ward, and went directly to the nurse's station.
"Excuse me, can you check how much medical expenses my dad's ward owes?"
At the nurse's station, Eudora then reported her adoptive father's ward number to the nurse.
"Ansel Stanford, right?"
"Yes."
