I'm Your Sister, Brother Chow novel Chapter 20

Chow pulled Vivian and stood up from the sofa. "When it's time for them to fill up the real application form after the college entrance examinations, please inform my secretary, Headmaster Jonathan. I will personally help her fill it in."

Headmaster Jonathan also got up from the sofa. "Yes, of course," he said. "I will definitely contact you when the time comes, Mr. Howard."

Vivian nervously fiddled with her fingers and felt her tears about to fall.

Wasn't this supposed to be her choice? Why was nobody asking for her opinion on this?

Her future meant nothing in the face of Chow's intimidating power.

"I'll send someone to discuss the matters of the new school building later," said Chow. He didn't even bother saying goodbye before dragging the stumbling Vivian out of the office.

"Thank you, Mr. Howard. Please take care."

Headmaster Jonathan ignored Vivian's situation as soon as he heard about the donation for a new school building. He followed them for a short while before returning to his office in glee.

Chow barely heard the Headmaster's farewell because he was too overwhelmed by anger.

He took wides strides forward, ignoring Vivian behind him.

Vivian struggled to keep up with Chow's pace as he dragged her all the way out, but she dared not say anything. As they descended the stairs, she suddenly lost her footing and fell straight towards him.

Chow had always had quick reflexes. He immediately grabbed her and held her in his arms. Vivian was unhurt, but she'd rather be tumbling down the stairs instead of getting held so close to Chow like this.

"B-Brother Chow," Vivian stuttered.

Her voice triggered Chow's anger at once. He held her waist tightly, the anger in his eyes evident as he looked at her furiously. "Did you really think that you could escape from me if I hadn't known about this?"
