Chapter 547 Tell Wilson to Get Lost

Seraphina and Sarah spent the evening sharing the events of the day.

These days, Justin was practically inseparable from Sarah. During the day, he would follow her to work, all under the pretext of protecting her, but in reality, it was more about sending a warning to Bruce. 

Fortunately, Justin had a good sense of boundaries. He never used any excuse to cross the limits they had agreed upon. 

It was Sarah who dominated their relationship. 

The two of them were lying on the bed. 

Sarah sighed, “I’m so lucky to have you. How else would I face Justin? He’s done so much for me, and I don’t even know how to repay him.” 

Seraphina secretly rolled her eyes. Wasn’t Justin practically throwing himself at her? 

“Don’t overthink it,” she said. “Even if he doesn’t have those feelings about you, I wouldn’t stand by and do nothing. If he does, then my presence is just a convenient excuse.” 

Sarah stared at her, speechless.

She suddenly remembered something. 

Earlier in the day, a video had circulated on social media, and almost everyone who shared, it had been individually 

warned by Lucius. 

She chuckled and asked, “What exactly did Lucius do?” 

Seraphina thought of Kaveh and couldn’t help but smile. She decided to tell Sarah everything that had happened at the celebration party. 

As she spoke about Kaveh’s change, Seraphina clicked her tongue a couple of times. 

“Kaveh told me he did it on purpose–he wanted to drive Lucius crazy. He knows he can’t beat him in a direct confrontation, but using an indirect tactic? That can really get under his skin!” 

Sarah found it fascinating, regretting not having witnessed it herself. 

When men became dramatic, they completely outshone women in that aspect. 

Sarah laughed, “After all, Kaveh is younger than Lucius and belongs in the pretty boy category. When he’s been coy, it’s because if someone half Lucius’s age did the same thing, it would be adorable…” 

Both of them shuddered involuntarily. That’s sleazy!

When Orion arrived, he didn’t bother to announce himself and just walked right in.

Orion frowned, paused for a moment, clearly showing signs of impatience. 

“Is Seraphina here?”

Before the receptionist could finish, Orion was already heading inside. 

They didn’t dare stop him. With his status and position, even without an appointment, they couldn’t hold him back. 

The receptionist quickly notified the secretarial office. 

Soon, Thomas received the news and rushed to greet him. 

Orion lingered shamelessly in the lobby, refusing to head to the guest room but sitting right by the CEO’s office door, drawing plenty of attention from onlookers. 

Thomas stood nearby, almost at a loss for what to do. 

Orion sat there with an imposing presence, making it impossible for anyone to focus on their work.

People began filing out, some with relaxed faces, clearly pleased with the outcome. 

Others, however, looked heavy–hearted. 

“Ms. Cross is even more blunt with her words compared with her brother. No wonder Mr. Cross lets her take the lead.” 

“Yeah, now she practically runs the company!” 

As everyone left, Seraphina stretched lazily inside, then stood and walked out. 

Thomas hadn’t had a chance to inform her of Orion’s arrival. 

She was shocked to see Orion at the door. 

What was he doing here? 

He sat straight, his dark eyes cold and solemn. “Morning, Ms. Cross.”
