No unauthorized entry will be tolerated from this day forward." Though I longed to confide more, to share the information Zander had revealed, caution held my tongue. "Yes, you're right. I suppose they are now enacting heightened security protocols," Blair's expression brightened as a glimmer of hope took root in her thoughts. I chose to nod assuringly, holding back further details.

"What did he want?" I inquired with a sense of urgency as I leaned forward slightly, urging her to continue.
