Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 176

Chapter 176

Hugh gritted his teeth and his vision turned sharp in an instant. He rushed out all of a sudden, then raised his leg and swiped a kick at Severin. He was someone that no ordinary person would dare to provoke, and his combat strength was quite formidable too, despite being frightened by

Severin’s attack earlier.

However, Severin would not be able to fight back that easily from the sofa, so Hugh launched at surprise attack. He believed that Severin would be done for if he could just land a strong kick.

“A sneak attack?” Hugh’s speed was fast, but he moved like a snail in Severin’s eyes. With a slap of the hand, he smacked away Hugh’s oncoming kick and raised his leg again to kick Hugh’s crotch.

“Arghh!” The next second, Hugh flew backward and fell to the ground with a thump. His hands were covering his nether regions as he uttered an agonized wail. He could clearly feel that his wiener was becoming useless!

“Graaah! You’ll regret this!” Hugh glared at Severin, and veins were bulging from his forehead as he was in severe pain.

Severin stood up slowly, walked up to Hugh, and looked condescendingly at him. “Do you regret. trying to sneak an attack on me earlier? I only wanted you to pay a hundred and fifty thousand to her, but I’m afraid that won’t be enough now. You’ll have to pay four-hundred-and-fifty-thousand

dollars!”

Queenie covered her mouth in surprise and could not believe what was happening before her. It never crossed her mind that Severin would dare to beat Hugh up like that. In addition, he wanted Hugh to pay four-hundred-and-fifty-thousand too! Judging from how things were progressing, the person supporting Hugh would be pissed for sure!

“I’ll give you ten seconds, or else you’ll be dead!” Severin said calmly, but the threat in his tone was

evident.

“I, Hugh Tanglewood, am not afraid of death. You should think twice before you provoke the forces behind me. Do you think you can afford to anger them?”

Hugh raised his head, glared at Severin, and wanted nothing more than to tear Severin into a million pieces.

“Ten, nine, eight…” Severin began to count down from ten without even bothering to look at the other party.

“You…” Hugh was speechless for he had never seen such a bold person before.
