In the Heaven Palace, Callide sensed that the aura emanating from Severin was simultaneously as vast the sky and ocean but as indiscernible as that of a mortal. Tremors of terror gripped her, as she knew that he had far surpassed the realm of a cultivator who had attained the perfect-stage royal celestial. It was no exaggeration to say that Severin could obliterate a royal celestial with a mere thought.
Balke, Libra, and Creatia shared Callide's apprehension. To them, Severin embodied the very essence of the path—intangible, silent, abstruse, incomprehensible, and undetectable.
As the imperial robe adorned Severin, Balke and the others bowed in reverence. "Long live the Celestial Sovereign!" they chanted in unison.
A subtle wave of fortune floated toward the heavenly heart imprint as Severin acknowledged their worship with a satisfied smile. He raised his hand and lifted them effortlessly with an unseen force.
With a thunderous voice that resonated in their ears, Severin proclaimed, "By my decree, Callide of Ingeni Paradise shall be honored with the title of Dominus Noster Arcanum. She shall be entrusted with the stewardship of the stars, the balance of the Nine Heavens Ten Lands, the longitude and latitude of heaven and earth, the sun, the moon, and the changing seasons."
A golden dragon of fortune emerged from the river of time, bearing a golden fruit that symbolized a position of cosmic order. Although the fruit did not grant transcendence, one could still bask in the blessings of the path and the favor of heaven and earth.
Callide's eyes sparkled with excitement as she comprehended the fruit's significance. "I humbly obey your command, Celestial Sovereign," she declared, rising to her feet. In an instant, a resplendent celestial garment that resembled the starry sky enveloped her, and her attainment was elevated to the perfect-stage royal celestial.
Gratitude filled her as she realized the sudden increase in strength. Severin then turned to Creatia and said, "By my decree, Creatia of the Clear Wind Sect shall be honored with the title of Dominus Noster Immortalis. He shall be entrusted with the life of all beings, including their existence, longevity, vitality, sentience, well-being, wealth, and prosperity."
