If he did come from a small city like Brookbourn, then it would have been impossible for him. to be invited to the province governor’s birthday even if he was a first-tier family or from Brookbourn Mansion. 

Draven instantly understood what his father was implying and said in response, “Are you saying that there’s more to this guy than we think? Should we send someone to investigate, then?”
