The three walked into the hotel and were led by the waiter to the private VIP room on the thirteenth floor.

Twenty minutes later, Wendy arrived in a hurry. However, she stood at the door and did not go in. She looked a little lost as she was looking at Dawson and May. Even though she had really wanted Dad to find another partner, Wendy would still feel uncomfortable when Dawson brought his partner back

Dawson felt a little awkward as Wendy stared at him, so he spoke to ease the tension, “Wendy, you’ve been working hard recently, haven’t you?”

“I heard from you on the phone. Is this her?” Wendy asked while looking at May.

“Yes!” Dawson openly admitted to his new relationship.

“Originally, I planned to go directly to the province, but I thought I should let you meet Aunty May, so I came to Nauritus City first.”

May also said, “You are Wendy, right? Your dad showed me your photo before and I thought to myself that this girl was so beautiful. I didn’t expect you to be even prettier than your photo!”

Although May was not as pretty as Wendy’s mother, she was pretty good at conversing.
