"May I know why you're here, sir? Are you trying to kill me on behalf of those people whining for justice, or do you want something from me?"
Tim was nothing but calm as he spoke, eyeing Wilbur on the couch across from him.
"Everyone loves money, and it's only fair to chase what you love. Money's not a problem for me, and I never had eyes for the blood-stained money you have! Besides, I'm not here for justice, either! I just thought of paying you a visit today to tell you this—no one can stop me from meddling in whatever I want. If you're unconvinced of my power, you're more than welcome to test my strength. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!"
Tim's expression was starting to flicker with rage at Wilbur's tone.
Tim had always been the one talking down to others! How dare this nobody speak to him like this?
Holding his fury back, he turned to Frank. "Tell Master Nine that we've got a guest who we absolutely need him to serve!"
Tim turned back to Wilbur after that. "You might be powerful enough to be speaking this way, but it's not just me in the Leith family. It's up to our seniors to decide what we do from here…"
The words seemed casual, but Wilbur could tell that Tim was implying that he was going to pull out his most powerful card tomorrow.
Of course, this hardly scared Wilbur at all. He had shown up to the Leith Manor on his own, after all.
"As you wish, Mister Leith. I came prepared since I chose to come here, anyway. It's still early right now. I'd like to see how great this family senior of yours is."
Wilbur turned away and began strolling around Tim's study.
