Bannon fell silent for a beat, taking the scepter from the guard before turning to Wilbur and the old man. "You can both come at me at the same time, I suppose."

Wilbur took two steps forward holding the thunder cleaver. "You're fighting me first. You can get the guy behind me after you defeat me."

Bannon chuckled. "Alright, then. Don't say I didn't warn you."

Bannon raised the scepter, pointing it at Wilbur. All at once, a stripe of purple lighting shot out of the scepter and hurtled in Wilbur's direction. Wilbur did not dodge the attack. Instead. He swirled the thunder cleaver around with a backward swing.

The power of destruction fused into the cleaver's attack came hurtling in Bannon's direction, who retracted the scepter and muttered a string of chants. The next second, a purple light shield was erected in front of him. Wilbur's attack struck the shield, shattering it as the remnants of the attack struck Bannon's figure.

Bannon raised his head, staring at Wilbur in shock. "That's… that's the power from the law of the middle dimension! I can't believe you have the protection of a middle dimension elite."

Wilbur said, "Oh, are you scared now? I can spare you if you surrender right now."
