Dr. McKinney had gotten used to Chris's flashy appearance.

Chris and Esther then got out of the Maybach.

"Welcome, Mr. Shelby!" Dr. McKinney greeted respectfully.

Chris nodded and asked, "Are my daughter's discharge papers done?"

Dr. McKinney nodded cautiously, "Yeah, Mr. Shelby. We've gone through all the paperwork."

"Great!"

Chris didn't say further and directly went into the hospital.

At the same time, Hope was throwing a tantrum in the VIP ward of the hospital, "I want my daddy and mommy! I don't want to be here anymore!"

"Hey, baby, your mom and dad will be here soon."

Still, Hope was upset.

A group of nurses was soothing her patiently.

The door of the ward was suddenly pushed open.

"Where is my baby girl? Mom and Dad are here."

Chris and Esther then walked in with smiles on their faces.

"Daddy!"

"Mommy!"

Hope shouted excitedly when she saw her parents.

"My baby. Let's see! Did you lose some weight?"

Chris approached and hugged Hope tightly.

Hope pouted, "Daddy. I've gained a few pounds. When can I go home?"

Chris felt a weight had been lifted off his shoulder when he saw Hope 's smiley face.

Chris beamed, "Yeah, my princess. I'm here to get you home."

"Great! I can finally go home!"

Hope got thrilled and screamed.

Esther finally let out a light smile when she saw Chris and Hope having some father-daughter time.
