Silver Beach Villa.
Rosa stood in the garden, looking at the weather with a frown.
What was going on? Why did it suddenly become gloomy?
There seemed to be a stuffy feeling in her chest as if she could not breathe.
She turned around and entered the villa.
She drank the glass of water on the table.
She hoped that some water to get rid of her agitated mood.
"Rosa!" someone called her. It was Grace that came to visit.
As a regular visitor, she was familiar with the security guards at the door.
Every time she came, the security guards would let her in directly.
Rosa approved it before it was implemented.
Grace came over with a young woman beside her.
"Hey, Grace. What brings you here?" Rosa greeted her.
Grace turned to look at Rosa, thinking that Rosa had not received the call.
"Where is Cecil?"
"Cecil went out for a meeting, but he hasn't come home. I just called him, but I can't get through..." Rosa frowned and felt a little uneasy.
"Is Aunt Abbie out?" Grace asked.
Rosa was stunned. "How did you know?"
Instead of answering, Grace looked around and asked the girl next to her, "Is it good here? Isn't it luxurious?"
The girl didn't say anything but nodded.
Rosa was a little confused. "Grace, this is..."
"She is my friend, Natalya Snider."
Rosa pointed to the sofa and said, "Sit down. I'll get you glasses of water."
"It's fine. Rosa, come sit with us." Grace took Rosa's hand and asked Rosato to sit down.
"I'll get a glass of water for your friend."
"I said it's fine, Rosa. You're what? In the seventh month of your pregnancy?
Rosa nodded and smiled as she touched her belly. "Time passes fast. It's already been seven months!"
"Your belly looks bigger than those carrying twins."
Rosa was stunned, and her hands paused. Then she looked up and chuckled, "Maybe I just absorb better than others."
She did not intend to tell anyone that she was pregnant with three babies.
If she had to leave and did leave, she would tell Grace, but not now.
"You told me that you could give birth earlier. Will the babies survive at seven months?"
"Don't worry. As long as I'm fine and don't get stimulated, I can hold on for eight months. I hope they can be born smoothly and grow a little bit more whole in my tummy." Rosa's gaze was gentle.
Grace chuckled, "You'll make a good mother. What a pity..."
"What a pity?" Rosa frowned. "What is a pity?"
"It is a pity that my child is not alive, or he would have been a few months old now. He must be very beautiful and very cute..."
Seeing this, Rosa couldn't help holding Grace's hand. "Grace, don't be like this. You will meet a man who loves you and have a cute baby. Look. I will give birth soon, and you'll be their godmother, right?"
Grace chuckled. "Godmother? Why should I be their godmother? I couldn't have my own children, so why would I want yours?"
Rosa frowned and looked at Grace in confusion. "What are you saying?"
"Rosa, don't pretend anymore. Do you not know how I lost my child?"
At this moment, Grace didn't intend to keep it a secret anymore and revealed her true colours.
"Grace, what do you mean?" Rosa was still confused.
"Do you know that I was forced to get rid of my child? Do you know it was Asher who asked me to do it? We've only just met when Asher cast her eyes on me! How could you say it's not because of you?" Grace hated this fact.
Rosa was stunned and uttered, "A-Asher asked you to get rid of your child? I-I didn't know!"
Wasn't Grace the one who decided she didn't want her child?
"Stop pretending. I met her just after I met you! How could it be such a coincidence? Rosa, I don't understand what I have done to you to make you do this to me! Do you know that I have not only lost my child, but she even cut my two fallopian tubes!" Grace shouted.
Rosa was stunned, and her expression kept changing.
She didn't know at all.
"Don't show such an innocent expression? You're disgusting!" Grace hated the way Rosa looked. It was as if Rosa knew nothing and was always the victim.
"Grace... I don't know what you are talking about at all. I haven't seen Asher. It's true..."
She hurriedly defended herself. She had never done anything to hurt Grace.
"Well, even if you haven't seen Asher or she happened to find out about me, what did Henry say? Did you ask me not to get close to him? And told me he was dangerous? Did you stop me from getting what I want? Haha!"
Grace smiled helplessly and laughed at herself. "And then, as my best friend, you got into his bed behind my back! What a lie about it being dangerous!"
Rosa's face turned pale. She opened her mouth, but she couldn't find words to explain.
"Grace, things are not what you think. Henry and I... I can't explain it to you in a short time, but please listen to me."
"I don't want to!" Grace interrupted Rosa.
