Angela blocked Trevor immediately.

Yet, he persisted and sent a message. "Angela, I truly need to speak with you. Stephen from DawnStar reached out to me and is interested in having me as the ambassador for your company."

As she glanced at the message, her expression changed dramatically. Then, she immediately pulled the car over at the side of the road.

Trevor also got out of his car and approached her. "Angela, should I agree to his request? Are you returning soon? If I say yes, then I can—"

"Shut up!" Angela was overwhelmed with rage, and her emotions spiraled out of control.

She glared at Trevor, whose smirk only infuriated her further. She warned, "If you dare show up at DawnStar, I'll kill you!"

Her anger was palpable, and she was so furious that her voice shook. In stark contrast, Trevor remained steadfast and composed. No matter how Angela acted, he quietly endured her behavior.

"Angela, please don't be like this. Our company is doing well, and I'm gaining popularity. If I secure a contract with DawnStar, it'll attract even more clients in the future," Trevor remarked with a smile, crossing his arms.

"Trevor! Isn't he Trevor?" Just then, a woman screamed.

Angela was still unresponsive when two female fans rushed over, shouting and drawing a crowd. She instinctively tried to get into the car.

Yet, Trevor grabbed her arm. "I'm scared, Angela."

Angela wasn't fooled by his act. As she attempted to escape from Trevor, she realised she had underestimated the speed and force of the fans.

In an instant, the two found themselves encircled by a crowd. The group of people gathered around, staring at them intently.

She felt frustrated. Ever since meeting Trevor, her life had taken a downturn.
