Chapter 474
Emerson’s examination was detailed, and he informed Brandon to get the results two days later.
For the rest of the time, Brandon knew that
Savanna was afraid of her and did not dare to stay with her directly. Instead, he waited quietly at the door like a guardian.
Brandon had just entered the elevator and went upstairs to get a diagnosis report from the psychiatric department. At that time, the elevator door next to him suddenly opened.
A tall man in a black jacket, holding the hand of a little boy who was as tall as the man’s waist, walked out of the elevator.
“Dad, which ward does Savanna live in?” The child looked left and right anxiously. “How is Savanna? Will something happen to her?”
“Mandel, don’t be so nervous. You will know it soon when you go and take a look at her.”
There was a bouquet of flowers in the other hand of the man. A card was embedded in the elegant flowers, and on it was written some greetings.
Tyrell stared at the door of a ward and murmured the ward number, “Room 308. That’s it.”
“Knock on the door,” Tyrell commanded Mandel.
Mandel knocked on the door heavily. After suffering a lot, Savanna was frightened.
Hearing someone knocking on the door heavily, she naturally got scared.
She nestled on the bed in the ward, not daring to breathe.
“Savanna, I’m Mandel. I’m here to see you.”
Hearing Mandel’s voice, Savanna finally felt relieved.
It turned out that Brandon had not returned.
“The door is not locked. Come in,” Savanna answered.
The next second, the door was pushed open. Mandel rushed in joyfully.
Mandel had a smile on his face. His carefree appearance was very infectious.
Savanna’s tense spirit also relaxed. Mandel climbed onto the bed, his chubby face sticking to her hand.
“Savanna, what happened to you? Are you in bad health? Why are you always in the hospital?”
Actually, after Mandel reunited with his biological father, Mandel and Savanna always met in the hospital.
Savanna rubbed Mandel’s round head. “So take good care of yourself. Don’t be like me, sick all day.”
As she spoke, she suddenly looked up at Tyrell. “How did you know that I was in the hospital?”
“Mandel said that he missed you. Luckily, I was not busy with my work in the shop, so I said that I would bring him to see you,
Tyrell said, “However, I visited you but found no one in your house. I asked Lizeth, then I learned that you were in the hospital.”
Savanna finally figured it out. “I see.”
She wasn’t sure how much Tyrell knew about the reason for her hospitalization, so she didn’t mention it.
This wasn’t something glorious, and it wasn’t worth telling.
“Since I know you are in the hospital, I came to see you.”
Tyrell was a kind person. He did not ask for the reason and only instructed,
“Have a good rest. I am sure you will recover soon.”
Savanna nodded and thanked Tyrell, but there was bitterness in her heart. If she stayed like this, she would be so nervous every day, and she would go crazy one day.
“By the way, have you heard of that thing?” Tyrell suddenly asked.
Hearing that there was gossip, Savanna was instantly interested, “What is it?”
“Winnie is dead,” Tyrell said.
Savanna was shocked, and her pupils. suddenly widened. “When did this happen?”
“Just a few days ago.”
Winnie had died at least half a month ago, but Tyrell had heard of it too late and thought she died several days ago.
Savanna was misguided. “A few days ago? No wonder…”
She smiled bleakly.
“No wonder what?” Tyrell asked.
The smile on Savanna’s face grew wider.
