Chapter 84 

Ray hugged her back. But he knows that he isn’t the one to thank for this. If Alexia hadn’t relented…… 

“Yeah, it’s a good thing that you are out. Thank goodness Alexia decided to let you out” Ray said. 

Kayla rolled her eyes. Now that she was out, she decided not to care about what anyone else had to say. Especially her father. She is already out. So why does she still need to pretend to be sorry to Alexia? 

“Dad, please stop it. Can we please stop talking about her? You are making her the center of my life, as if I won’t be able to do anything without her. It’s really annoying. Do you think that she let me out of jail because of the goodness of her heart!” Kayla asked her father. She did not believe that her good sister let her out just because she’s a good person. She has her own reasons for doing that. 

“What do you mean Kayla? You know that she could have very well left you inside here right? Miles and Micheal won’t do anything to her and you’d be forgotten here. Since she has helped you, you need to appreciate it” Ray said. 

Even though he was angry at Alexia for living with Miles and Michael now, he still knows how to give her credit for what she 

has done. 

Besides, he remembers the warning that Miles and Micheal gave to him. He and Kayla should stay away from Alexia or else Kayla will be the one who has to bear the brunt of their anger. 

Kayla rolled her eyes. She did not believe that Alexia is so kind. She has done a lot of thinking in the past few days. Alexia just happened to meet Micheal and Miles and the both of them decided to break up with her and reject her as their mate! 

There’s no way it’s a coincidence. Especially since they caught her for bullying Alexia the very next day. Alexia must have planned it all! 

She has been pretending to be weak while biding her time. Immediately she had the chance, she set her up and sent her to jail. 

Then she pleaded with Micheal and Miles to let her go because she wants to pretend to be a good person. 

In comparison to her, Kayla will be nothing but a bully and an evil wolf. This will make Micheal and Miles love her more. It will also make them feel as if they made the right decision to end their relationship with her. 

It was all part of Alexia’s grand scheme! 

“Dad, let me tell you. Alexia did not set me free because she cares about our family! She’s only doing it because she wants to appear as a good she wolf in front of Micheal and Miles! She wants to show them that she can be a good and nice Luna, so she’s pretending to be forgiving me! Do you think that all of this is a coincidence? She met Micheal and Miles and they decided to break up with me and reject me as their mate! Do you really think that she did not say anything to them? I’m not stupid dad! And I am sure that you aren’t stupid either! You have eyes and you can see for yourself! Why will they break up with me just because I hid the fact that I have a sister from them?” Kayla asked. 

Ray shook his head. He didn’t quite believe Kayla’s narrative. Although he doesn’t like Alexia as much as he likes Kayla, he knows both of his daughters well. 

He knows that Alexia has a timid personality and sabotaging her own sister is just not something that she will do. 

She doesn’t have the heart to do something like that to Kayla. In fact, if Ray was being honest to himself, he knows that between the two sisters, Kayla is the one who’s more likely to sabotage Alexia. 

“Kayla, just be grateful that you are out. You know that none of those things aren’t true. 

Alexia is timid but she doesn’t have a malicious Lone in her at all. Micheal and Miles already said that she didn’t tell them

anything and besides, they also said that one of the reasons that led them to break up with you is the fact that against their sister. You did do that and you know it,” Ray said.

“Oh please dad. I can’t believe that she has decieved you too! She has you wraped around her fingers too! Do you really believe whatever Micheal and Miles say about her? They are enamored by her now and they are going to say whatever she tells them to say. 

And as for Jenna, the both of us have never gotten along! She has always hated me. She didn’t want me to be with her brothers and she didn’t want me to be the Luna. We’ve always been fighting, why did they suddenly bring it up? All of those are just lies to cover up the real reason they broke up with me. 

It’s because of Alexia! Alexia must have said something and they are all covering up for her! She must have told them to come to our school that day so that they’d catch me. She just let me go because she wants to pretend to be the bigger person!” Kayla said. She believed that everything that has happened so far was some part of a big plan mainly because it was what she would have done if she had found herself in Alexia’s situation.
