At noon, Alex rushed to Jaslands Hospital.

A few minutes later. Alex and Layton were waiting for the elevator at the hospital elevator lobby together. 

Sensing that Alex was clearly not in the right mood, Layton’s shrewd eyes swept over Alex. “Since you know what Haley has been doing behind your back, you’re still protecting her like this, which is not fair to Ellie.”
