Recently, the company had been preparing for the carnival on Friday which was coming around the corner, so
everyone was busy. Pat was on a business trip, so Jimmy was in charge of most of the business including the

He had heard that Charlie might come for a meeting today, but he had not expected him to come for real.

Seeing her, Jimmy remembered his mother had told him on the phone that she had been kicked out. What had happened last night was indeed his fault.
