Chapter 341
After staying up all night, Theresa felt that her body was a little stiff. She followed Charlie into the room. He didn’t move his quilt. There was only a pile of documents beside his desk. It seemed that he had not slept all night.
Charlie said, “Just sleep on the bed.”
“I can sleep on the sofa.” Theresa said, “You stay up all night. You need to sleep. Just sleep on the bed.”
Theresa lay down on the sofa.
Theresa closed her eyes and didn’t want to communicate with him.
When Theresa thought about their animosity, she could not be that calm.
After a while, Theresa suddenly felt that the sofa was sinking.
Theresa opened her eyes and saw that Charlie had come. He was sitting on the sofa. Theresa saw a handsome face.
Charlie suddenly approached her, which made her stunned. As he was about to speak, he had already lowered
his head and kissed her.
In the early morning, the sound of autumn wind and rain outside came.
However, their room was quiet.
Charlie’s lips were soft and hot. Theresa didn’t know if it was because she didn’t sleep much all night. She felt that she was too weak to resist him.
Theresa tried several times to push Charlie away, but she couldn’t use her strength, as if she was seducing
him.
Charlie grabbed Theresa’s hand and said with a low and slightly hoarse voice, “I lost.”
Did he lose?
Theresa opened her eyes and looked at Charlie in puzzlement.
Charlie looked at her with a solemn face, but said softly, “You married Jimmy. You have two children. You used to love someone else. You never liked me. I can find a better woman at any time. But damn it… I miss you so
much!”
Charlie really decided to leave her.
He wanted to divorce her!
