Master of his heart (Max and Brielle) novel Chapter 1292

On the way to Stellar Stage Entertainment, Peyton felt a pang of insecurity as she stared up at the towering building. She clutched Emma's hand tightly, not wanting to let go for even a second.

Emma, who had been here before, confidently led the way through the lobby and into the elevator.

As the elevator started moving, Peyton's face turned pale. She remembered her last elevator ride here, which was over in a flash. "Emma, is there something wrong with this elevator? It was so quick last time, and now I'm feeling a bit dizzy."

Peyton was clearly scared and nervous, her nerves stretched to their limit.

Emma quickly reassured her, "Last time, we were going to a lower floor, so it was faster. This time we're heading all the way up, so it'll take a bit longer. Mom, try not to worry."

Peyton took a deep breath and stayed close to Emma.

Reaching the top floor, Peyton let out a sigh of relief as the doors opened.

As they stepped out, they saw Brielle in the midst of a meeting with the executive team, discussing Stellar Stage Entertainment's latest plans.

Seeing Brielle's face, Peyton couldn't contain her excitement. "The kind lady! Emma, it's her!"

Before Emma could intervene, Peyton walked straight up to Brielle.

Brielle, holding documents and exuding a cool professionalism, was surrounded by executives who were visibly cowed by her presence.

Peyton shared her concerns in a rush, tears streaming down her face.

Brielle raised an eyebrow, amused by the situation, as the executives around her couldn't help but find the misunderstanding funny—Peyton was unknowingly speaking to the top executive herself.

Trying to console Peyton, Brielle offered a tissue. "Auntie, there's no need to worry. The donation to Emma wasn't the issue. It came from an account overseas, not from someone local, so don't jump to conclusions."

Peyton froze, quickly wiping her eyes. "Are you sure? You're not just saying that?"

Brielle nodded, smiling gently, "Yes, your daughter's donation is perfectly fine. After the buzz it created, the company has already thoroughly investigated."
