"So, you want to have a new fracture before the scald recovers?" Zack looked at Daryl sharply.
His eyes pierced through her like swords.
"Fine."
Although Daryl wanted to say that it was possible to have a fracture in an amusement park, she didn't think it was a wise choice to reason with Zack.
Anyway, her main goal today was to have fun with Benjamin. Other things didn't matter anymore.
"Mommy, when your arm recovers, I'll go to the amusement park with you again next time!" Benjamin comforted her with a sweet smile etched on his cute lips.
The little boy thought what his father said was reasonable.
"Okay, honey." Daryl nodded and returned a smile to the boy.
Benjamin was so considerate that it sent a tinge of warmth wrapping her heart.
Soon, the car halted at the largest amusement park in D City.
Zack, who stood tall and handsome, got out of the car. The moment he stepped foot outside, he instantly attracted the attention of women walking around. Meanwhile, Daryl held Benjamin's hand and followed him closely.
Although Daryl didn't wear any makeup, it still couldn't conceal her pure and beautiful appearance. She looked like a college student. When she stood beside Benjamin, most people would think that they were siblings.
"Wow! There are so many people here!"
It was the kid's first time to walk out in such a big public park.
"Daddy, go buy the tickets!"
Benjamin urged, upon seeing the cold expression registered on his father's face. The man was unhappy to be surrounded by such a crowd.
Looking coldly at the long queue by the ticket booth, Zack paused for a few seconds. Then, he ordered in a low voice, "Go and buy the tickets, Dillon."
"Yes, sir."
Without second thoughts, Dillon went to line up.
If he were honest, it was also his first time to wait in line to buy tickets. Knowing Zack, Dillon would spend more money to buy the tickets of the people in the front of the queue.
But now, with Daryl here, it would not seem appropriate at all.
Holding Benjamin's hand, Daryl tiptoed to see the entirety of the park better. It was bustling with so many people that wherever she looked, it was so alive.
"Uncle, please buy some flowers for your son and daughter."
Standing next to Daryl and Benjamin, Zack suddenly heard a childish voice.
Attracted by that cute voice, Daryl turned her head to see who it was. A little girl, who had worn-out clothes, eyed her innocently. The kid was holding the flowers she was selling.
Daryl wondered why she called Zack "Uncle" and referred to them as his son and daughter. It felt weird being referred to as Zack's daughter.
"What did you say?"
Zack gazed down at the girl, who just reached his knees. He bore a cold aura that would make anyone back off.
"Uncle, your son and daughter are so good-looking. Don't you want to buy them flowers?"
To their surprise, the little girl was not afraid of Zack at all. Instead, she met his gaze with eyes wide open.
Seeing Zack's angry look, Daryl hurried to the little girl, afraid that he might do something to her.
"Kid, how about I buy a bunch of flowers from you?"
"Okay! Thank you, pretty sister!"
