The next few months passed very quickly. Lin Wen Xin had been performing very well as Lin Corporation’s new leader, under the meticulous guidance of Wang Shen Ze.

Both of their relationship have also progressed steadily, with Wang Shen Ze insisting to meet her for lunch everyday as he could not stand how they have to be apart for so many hours.

He used to be someone who would be undistracted when working, but right now, he had troubles differentiating between the time to focus on work, and the time to think about her.

On a daily basis, Wang Shen Ze would even pester Lin Wen Xin via text message, to send her pictures over to him as he misses her very much.

Lin Wen Xin could not help but thought to herself, “Is Wang Shen Ze out of job recently? Why does he seem so free to message me all the time??”

But of course, Wang Shen Ze is still as efficient and productive at work, as always. DT Holdings has also been consistently pushing their own limits and had continuously surpassed the profits of the previous months.

However, Wang Shen Ze is starting to get busier again with a new upcoming project. And this time, he is eyeing on a huge plot of empty land which he could potentially transform into a business district.

The stakes are definitely much higher, with DT Holdings preparing to invest more than 13 billion yuan in this project. That is about more than 2 billion in United States dollars!

The senior executives and directors of DT Holdings have been working tirelessly in the past few months to produce a proposal report that is favourable to Wang Shen Ze.

They had gone through many rounds of internal vetting, before they had finally arrived at the final proposal report that is to be submitted to the government agency this afternoon.

Since this project is extremely important to Wang Shen Ze as it would directly determine DT Holding’s future plans, he had personally went down together with Yi Fan to submit the proposal.

Soon, an hour has passed and Yi Fan took a deep breath as he knocked on Wang Shen Ze’s office.

“President Wang, this... this situation is very tricky and the culprit was very careful in closing off all the leads.” Yi Fan then continued to explain the entire situation to Wang Shen Ze.

Wang Shen Ze tapped on the table with a steady rhythm as he planned out the next steps to take.

In the next two weeks, both Wang Shen Ze and Yi Fan had worked hard again to refine and improve on the new proposal. This time, the rest of the team were excluded from this process.

Just as Wang Shen Ze was leaving the office, Yi Fan came over to report to him, “President Wang, I have printed out the final proposal report. I will be leaving it on your table.”

Wang Shen Ze nodded his head and walked towards the lift lobby.

Meanwhile, Lin Wen Xin is still in her office, almost drowning in the huge amount of workload. She looked at the endless pile of documents, and wondered when she would be able to knock off from work today.
