“Who says fame is the only measure of medical skill? You’ve invited the most renowned physicians for years, haven’t you? Yet, has anyone even been able to cure Mr. McCall?”
“You little brat, are you looking for trouble?” the gatekeeper snapped.
“Do you know where you are, kid? This isn’t a place for your antics. Get lost!” barked one of the physicians nearby. He was clearly insulted by the insinuation.
Dustin’s face darkened. His patience was hanging by a thread when a melodic voice suddenly interjected, “Let him in.”
Heads turned as a striking young woman appeared, and she walked gracefully toward them. Dressed in an ethereal white silk gown that seemed to float around her, she exuded an otherworldly beauty that was almost unreal.
Her serene and refined demeanor set her apart, as if she were a goddess descended to the mortal world.
Dustin immediately understood that this must be Allison McCall, the fabled beauty of the McCall family.
“Miss Allison, this brat is nothing but a nameless nobody! He’s far too young to be anything but a fraud,” the gatekeeper protested indignantly.
Turning to Dustin, she offered a polite bow and asked, “Sir, my apologies for the behavior of my staff. May I ask how skilled you are in medicine?”
“My skills are nothing extraordinary. Just slightly better than anyone else here,” Dustin said casually as if discussing the weather.
A ripple of outrage swept through the crowd.
The first part of his statement was tolerable, but the second was sheer arrogance.
Where did an obscure nobody like him get the audacity to say such a thing?
“That’s some nerve!” snarled one of the assembled physicians. “You’re not even qualified to be a medical intern, and you dare spout such arrogance?”
Dustin ignored the growing chorus of indignation.
Allison, however, seemed intrigued.
“Sir, please, follow me inside.” Her response shocked everyone. Allison actually invited him in?
Dustin followed her into the hall of the McCall family villa. The room was filled with prominent figures. The heirs of noble families and the most esteemed physicians from across Lovellia were present.
Every seat was occupied except for one at the head of the table, which was closest to the host. Without hesitation, Dustin walked directly to the seat and sat down.
The hall fell into a stunned silence.
Every gaze turned toward him with outrage and disbelief.
But Dustin remained composed. He was utterly unfazed by the angry glares.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
