Marco was immediately incensed when he heard what Dustin said.
Everyone looked at Dustin in shock.
How could Dustin say that there was something wrong with the wine that cost 800 thousand dollars?
That truly stunned a lot of people.
“Are you saying that this wine is fake?” Marco’s gaze was forbidding, and his posture was interrogative.
“It’s not fake wine or anything,” Dustin said. “If I’m not mistaken, this wine should be from a vineyard called Bijoux Vineyard in South Lovellia. Its retail price is 1,088 dollars per bottle. It’s quite a renowned wine in Lovellia.”
“You’re saying this isn’t Ronan wine?” someone asked loudly.
“It’s not.” Dustin shook his head. “It’s just wine from Bijoux Vineyard in Ronan wine bottles.”
“Bullsh*t!” Marco roared with a dark face.
“These are genuine bottles of Ronan wine. They cost more than 800 thousand dollars! Why would I fool my friends with local wine? You’re falsely accusing me, plain and simple!
“Besides, these bottles are from Majestic Hotel’s own stores. It was very hard to get them to bring them out. It’s not something you get to drink even if you have the money for it. If it wasn’t for my reputation, the manager of Majestic Hotel would never have brought it out!
“Do you know what kind of place Majestic Hotel is? How dare you call their wine fake? Are you for real?”
Marco was spitting mad as he chastised Dustin.
It was as if Dustin was causing him a lot of damage by accusing him of doing such a thing.
At that, the guests denounced Dustin as well.
“I can’t stand by quietly,” a man said. He looked at Dustin meanly. “Do you know anything about wines? Can you really have one taste and say this is something else dressed up as Ronan wine? You’re really bold! Who do you think you are? Are you a wine connoisseur?”
“Even a wine connoisseur wouldn’t dare to make such an assessment. How could anyone make their decision after just one taste? What a joke! He’s just spouting nonsense even though he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He’s a pig farmer. He can’t even afford to drink a thousand-dollar wine. How is he supposed to tell if this is a foreign wine worth hundreds and thousands of dollars? I’m sure he didn’t know what Ronan wine was before he got here!”
“He’s just pretending to be knowledgeable. He’s accusing Marco in spite! I already thought he shouldn’t be allowed to stay here after he attacked that man. He’s a stain on this reunion!”
The guests all yelled at Dustin accusingly. Their words got more vicious the more they spoke.
The tension in the ballroom rose. It was like they all wanted to start a witch hunt against Dustin. They glared at him angrily.
“What do you know, country bumpkin? Marco isn’t someone you can just accuse without a basis. He spent more than a million dollars organizing this reunion. You should be grateful for even getting to come, but you aren’t. Even worse, you’re saying these awful things. You’re such an ingrate!” Devina yelled at him angrily.
Dustin shook his head. He could not be bothered to explain to these people.
No one supported him as they were happy to be lied to. Dustin did not mind that.
“If you think it’s real, then sure, it’s real.” Dustin waved dismissively.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
🤣 now this is better just because I took her virginity doesn't mean I'm responsible for her. Love it....
