“We trusted you, but you tricked us! That’s infuriating! You made us seem so mean, too.”
The surrounding guests all started laying in on Marco. They looked disdainful and no longer treated Marco like their respected class president. They all took turns to lecture him.
They wanted to make it clear that they had nothing to do with Marco and were innocent in this matter.
Dustin, Shawna’s “pig farmer” boyfriend, was someone that even the owner of Majestic Hotel had to treat with respect. How could any of them offend such a person?
In the blink of an eye, Marco turned from an admired and respected person into someone his ex-classmates hated. The guests had done a full 180.
It was like Marco had fallen from heaven right into the pits of hell.
“Marco, I didn’t realize you had such a fragile ego. You tricked everyone here,” Devina said angrily. “I knew that Dustin was never that sort of person. I knew you were framing him from the start!”
Dustin put on a mocking smile at that.
How had everyone changed their attitudes so quickly? They were all such shameless people.
Ten minutes ago, he was being interrogated and insulted by them all. Yet, these same people were currently on his side and telling Marco off.
If he had not shown his power and influence, would they even say a thing in his defense?
Feeling put on the spot, Marco looked pressed in a way he had not looked before. This was the most embarrassing moment in his life.
He had wanted to be admired and looked up to by faking his generosity.
This was especially true when Shawna and Dustin were present because he had so desperately tried to chase after Shawna back in the day.
He wanted to make Shawna regret rejecting him and embarrass them both in public.
Who could have imagined that Dustin had gone from being a pig farmer to someone important and respected? Who could accept such a shocking change in status?
Marco gritted his teeth. He was unable to say a single word. He quietly endured his ex-classmates’ lectures.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
🤣 now this is better just because I took her virginity doesn't mean I'm responsible for her. Love it....
