Dustin walked forward.
Step by step, Dustin walked toward the towering platform where Gary was.
Gary remained seated. He smirked as he watched Dustin approach.
The soldiers of the Western Forces wanted to stop Dustin, but Gary waved them off.
He did not seem concerned about the threat Dustin may pose to him.
It was not long before Dustin reached the base of the platform.
With a light leap, he soared through the air and landed gracefully on the twenty-foot-high platform as if he were weightless.
The two men faced each other at such a close range for the first time. Their eyes met, and the tension between them crackled like a storm.
Gary grinned.
Boom!
In an instant, a surge of powerful energy erupted from his body. It was overwhelming and terrifying.
Gary bore the four-star insignia and commanded the formidable Western Forces of a hundred thousand soldiers. He was not an ordinary man.
Only when his immense power burst forth, the soldiers looked on in shock. Their leader had been hiding much of his power.
Even after a decade of leading them through battles and conquests, Gary had never revealed his true prowess. Today, he unleashed it in the face of a young man.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The wooden railings around the platform shattered into splinters. They were unable to withstand the immense surge of energy. Even the platform trembled violently and swayed as if on the verge of collapse.
“An Intermediate Martial King...” Dustin murmured and narrowed his eyes.
Among martial artists, those who reached the Martial Saint level were rare. They earned the title of “Master” and were called “Legendary Martial Saint”.
But this was not the pinnacle for martial artists.
There were different levels to Martial Saints.
Someone like the top fighter of Honora, John, who had just reached the realm of Martial Saint, could only be considered a Novice Martial Saint.
Gary was obviously much more powerful than John. Hence, he was an Intermediate Martial Saint.
“That’s right. Thanks to the Fox family massacre years ago, I gained access to superior martial techniques, and my prowess took a big leap. My power has long achieved the level of an Intermediate Martial Saint,” Gary said and chuckled coldly.
This was the confidence behind his willingness to let Dustin get so close to him.
What did it matter if Dustin had defeated John?
“Are you surprised?” His tone was laced with self-satisfaction as he waited for Dustin’s reaction.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
