“You act tough and ruthless, Dustin, but you’re still terrified of the Wyatt family!” Bella’s voice got louder and louder. “Maybe it’s because my father has some hold over you, or maybe it’s because you know the hidden power of the Wyatt family, you’re afraid of all of us, so you don’t dare to take real action against anyone! What’s wrong? Did I hit a nerve?
“You’re nothing but a coward!”
Bella laughed loudly. She looked very satisfied with herself as though she had seen through Dustin entirely.
Dustin’s face darkened.
It seemed that by sealing her memories about what had happened with the Verdant Gang, he had made her arrogant and delusional.
Did she not know that Shadow One and Shadow Two were already dead?
Rage surged in Dustin’s heart.
It was true that he had been holding back for the sake of his adoptive father’s kindness toward him. That was why he did not harm the Wyatt sisters despite his rage.
He did not expect his consideration of their family would delude Bella into thinking that he was afraid of the Wyatt family’s power and prompt her to come up with such a devious plan!
Dustin glared at Bella. His entire being radiated suppressed threat.
“Stop acting so tough! Do you really think you can scare me? Hmph! I’m not afraid of you at all. To me, you’re nothing but a clown!” Bella snickered,
“I’ll stand right here. I want to see what you’ll do to me,” she said tauntingly.
Dustin breathed heavily as his fury exploded.
In the blink of an eye, Dustin rushed to stand before Bella in a whoosh. He was so fast that he was almost a blur.
His hand shot forth and gripped Bella by the throat. He lifted her off the floor.
Bella’s eyes widened in shock, and her pretty face turned pale. Her gaze filled with disbelief and terror.
She had never expected Dustin would actually attack her.
Was he really not afraid of the Wyatt family?
“Dustin, let go of me! Do you know the consequences of doing this?” she shouted as her eyes burned with
rage.
Dustin’s eyes glinted coldly. He gripped her tighter.
Bella could hardly breathe, and her vision blurred.
At that moment, she was on the verge of death.

Dustin wanted to kill her!
How dare he?
An overwhelming fear flooded Bella’s heart, and she began to tremble uncontrollably,
“No… Don’t…”
She started to panic. Her voice shook.
Dustin nearly crushed Bella’s throat, but he did not do it in the end,
“I’m only letting you live because of the kindness your father showed me,” he said icitly.
“If you push me to my limits again, I will kill you even if it means betraying the teachings of my mentor
The threat in Dustin’s words made Bella go cold,
She had never seen such a scary version of Dustin before. He was like a wholly different person then the one who had served the Wyatt family on a bent knee.
Dustin loosened his hold, and Bella finally managed to breathe.

Shitty ending but considering overall I give the book .05 out of 5 stars. You used the same plot to many times, too many translation errors, even at the end you screwed around with the font and color because who knows why, the title had nothing to do with the story do I need to continue...
Just move to the enemy and let the snipers kill him for you Dustin. Use him as your shield easy peasy Mac n cheesey....

Why does Dustin still think he owes his adoptive dad a debt? Sure he saved his life and help raise, taught martial arts etc... till his death but Dustin stayed on and put his life at risk and invested his time and money into his 5 daughters up until they came across their biological brother and kicked him out. Treat him like a thieving dog and have attempted numerous times to kill him. He finally showed some common sense by imprisoning the 1 sister and killing her cousin yet he lets the others slide. With his status and power I would have already killed them off or at the very least taken them and imprisoned them like the 1 and tortured the mom into spilling everything she knows and getting my rightful inheritance, but the author has to drag it out....
He said to mutilate the body and burn it why not start with beheading it and taking it back to show the city and place it as an offering to his family? That's what a great MC would have done....
Lame you change the name of the characters and use the same ole trope how many time are you going to use it? First it was the Langley sisters, then the McCall girl I believe this is the second or third time with Shawna. You need new material author...
Oh my not the weak who the MC showed mercy by not killing him because of some honor bound duty to a dead guy makes a comeback and forces the MC into a corner before the mc finally kills him arc 🤣...
🤣 now this is better just because I took her virginity doesn't mean I'm responsible for her. Love it....
When will he introduce his one eye willy for them to pet, stroke and kiss?...
