My Four Miraculous Treasures novel Chapter 175

So far, the Hughes family seemed to approve of Willow, and Jasper was being nice enough to her. Besides Jasper’s ongoing enmity towards children, there was nothing for her to complain about.

First, she’d get to know him better. Then, she’d carry out a campaign to educate him about the many joys that children bring. Yes… she could make a baby daddy out of him, yet!

Cindy led Willow to Jasper’s own room.

At first, Willow innocently assumed that it was just the guest room. As she stepped inside, the enormous, luxuriously appointed room left her spellbound and boggle-eyed.

The interior was bright and spacious. In front of a tall window was a chaise lounge, a coffee table, and a dark gray bookcase crammed with an array of choice titles. It was the ideal setup for a relaxing afternoon spent reading and enjoying coffee or tea.

The bedframe was encased in genuine black leather, ten feet long and fifteen feet wide!

The massive bed was covered with a fox-fur blanket, soft and silky, a class above.

If this was how the guest room was furnished…

Gosh, the lifestyles of the wealthy! It could be beyond your imagination; but it wouldn’t be beyond their possession.

Willow sighed, and stroked the fur blanket, testing its smooth, glossy texture with a fingertip. She could feel a sensation of infinite luxury, calling out to her…

Ahh… the wondrous world of the wealthy!

Willow leaned in and took a good, long whiff of the blanket. There was a light, refreshing scent of perfume upon it. If she fell asleep on this… she might never wake up again!

Without further delay, she stripped off her clothes, and then lay down upon the bed. The thick fur enveloped her body and caressed her face, warm and tender.

In mere moments, she had drifted away, fast asleep.

Jasper spent some time working in the study, until his grandmother showed up to chase him off to bed.

He returned to his room to find a woman in his bed. Her eyes were shut in serene slumber.
