"Says who?" Preslie interrupted, "The people from Quartley Palace have already contacted me! How dare you say there isn't! Why won't you admit it!?"

Sheldon felt that Preslie was being completely unreasonable!

He said, "What are you talking about! We did not do that! Mr. Tremaine would not do such meaningless things!"

"What do you mean by that?" Preslie said sarcastically, "He has done this before! Yesseca even hung a sign outside the shop! Mr. Tremaine has always been shameless!"

"Preslie, that's enough!" Sheldon warned, "That was in the past. This is the present! Back then, Mr. Tremaine was not married, but now he is. You can be rest assured, he won't do such a thing again!"

The line then went dead.

With that, Sheldon hung up the phone directly.

Sheldon's anger still hasn't dissipated even after he hung up the phone. It was so bad that Tremaine sensed something wrong with him when he was reporting to Tremaine later that day.

Tremaine asked Sheldon what was wrong.

Sheldon hesitated for a moment before he explained.

"Mr. Tremaine, they have gone too far. They keep thinking that you still haven't forgotten about Miss Cowell. They even thought that someone buying their desserts have something to do with you!"

A trace of bitterness flashed across Tremaine's eyes.

Did they think that he couldn't stop thinking about Yesseca?

Well, they thought right. He really couldn't forget about her.

After some time, Tremaine asked in a low voice, "So they said that someone from Quartley Palace was the one who ordered it?"

"Yes, that is exactly what they said."

"Go and investigate that," Tremaine said, "See if it really has anything to do with Quartley Palace."

After just 15 minutes, they came to a conclusion.

Sheldon was shocked.

He did not expect Preslie to be telling the truth. It really was an order from the Quartley Palace!

Sheldon asked the housekeeper, but the housekeeper did not know that the shop had anything to do with Yesseca. He only said that

Sheldon could not help but say, "Mr. Tremaine, since Madam Quartley is the one who ordered it, then she is their customer. They have no reasons to refuse her. I don't think we have to explain anything."

Tremaine glanced at Sheldon and said, "Go and explain to them, this is an order!"

"Mr. Tremaine!"

"Sheldon," Tremaine said with a warning tone, "I don't want her to misunderstand, and I don't want her to feel uncomfortable either."
