My Husband Wants Me Dead (Esther and Bradley) novel Chapter 118

Chapter 118

Felix was acting bossy and fierce toward the sales assistant, but his attitude turned adorable and cute when it came to Esther. His transition between these two styles was incredibly

natural.

“Mommy, let’s go shop next door,” suggested Felix.

Felix, Esther, and Bradley, the family of three, went to the luxury brand store next door.

These two brands were competitors, so the incident that happened at the entrance naturally caught the attention of this current brand’s sales assistants. As soon as Bradley arrived with Esther and Felix, the sales assistants approached them warmly.

“Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Warner. Please have a seat,” greeted one of the sales assistants who was adept at handling customers.

They immediately started serving Esther and the others, even temporarily closing off the entrance to prevent other customers from disturbing their shopping experience.

“Mrs. Warner, this is our brand’s latest haute couture collection catalog. Please have a look.

“Mr. Warner, this is our brand’s specially crafted beverage. Feel free to have a taste.”

Sitting between Esther and Bradley, Felix leaned forward and glanced at the catalog. He pointed his tiny finger at a black dress. It looked like a regular off-shoulder dress, but it could perfectly let one show off one’s back.

“This dress is our brand’s latest design, and the only one in the country is conveniently available in our store. Why don’t you try it on, Madam?” suggested the sales assistant.

Looking up at Bradley, Felix asked in an adorable manner, “Daddy, does Mommy want to try it?”

“Sure,” replied Bradley.

Bradley did not enjoy shopping. Throughout his life, he never had the need to go shopping. His clothes were either sent directly to the estate by various brands or personally customized by top designers. This was his first time accompanying Esther on a shopping trip.

“Mrs. Warner, this way, please,” said the sales assistant.

Esther also wanted to change out of the suggestive white shirt, so she followed the sales assistant into the fitting room. The sales assistant warmly wanted to help Esther try on the simple dress.

However, as soon as Esther saw the exposed back of the dress, she gently voiced her concern. Do you have other dresses? This one’s a bit too revealing for me.”

“We do have other options,” said the confused sales assistant, who was ready to find a

different dress for Esther anyway.

Watching the sales assistant come out of the fitting room with the black dress in hand, Bradley stood up and walked over, furrowing his brows as he asked, “Is it the wrong size?”

“No, it’s Mrs. Warner. She wants to try a different dress,” explained the sales assistant.
