Chapter 386
Tanya smiled faintly before reassuming her professional demeanor. “Ms. Quill, I am now officially your lawyer for this case. I will send you a digital copy of an agreement that I need you to sign and send back to me.”
“Okay.” Esther was filled with fighting spirit since she decided to sue Bradley. “Ms. Hill, may I ask how high my chances of winning this lawsuit are?”
“One hundred percent,” Tanya replied.
Tanya had not felt this much dopamine in a long time. She wanted this upcoming lawsuit to be the talk of the town. She wanted everyone to know how outstanding of a divorce lawyer she was. She wanted other women who were not as courageous as Esther to follow her lead and take that first step toward the greatest moments of their lives.
Tanya knew many women wanted a divorce but were too afraid to even initiate it. They were worried about the custody of their children, afraid that they would not be able to raise them properly if they got a divorce.
Most women had a weakness, and men would take advantage of it to throw their wives into an abyss of suffering and despair.
“Please win this, Ms. Hill,” Esther pleaded.
Tanya smiled. “Esther, can you write a sincere and heartfelt confession letter within the next 24 hours?”
“A confession letter? To whom?” Esther’s expression darkened. She thought Tanya was asking her to address the letter to Bradley. “I can’t bring myself to write it.”
“You’ve misunderstood me, Ms. Quill.”
Tanya had done her research on Esther and Bradley’s relationship before accepting the case. She was able to determine what kind of man Bradley was based on his latest Twitter post.
Tanya explained, “I would like you to write a confession letter to your young self and your first love. All of your feelings for Mr. Warner in the past were real, and it’s also a fact that you’re going to leave him now. I don’t need you to write something with fancy or complex words. All I need is for you to express your emotions in words.”
“Do I have to show it to you after I’m done?” Esther asked.
“No need.” Tanya’s voice was clear. “This is your life, and everything you’ve experienced is a part of your growth, good or bad. The most important thing in a divorce lawsuit is to face your past bravely to begin your new life.”
“Okay.”
Tanya used her professional skills to eliminate the last bit of doubt Esther had in her mind.” I’ll be waiting to hear from you soon.”
After they ended their conversation, Tanya sent someone to gather evidence according to what Esther had told her. At the same time, she contacted Kevin, hoping he would be willing to show up in court as a witness.
Meanwhile, Esther went out to the garden with a huge smile. The night breeze gently blew
