Liliane had kept that secret for five whole 

years. 

Today, especially, the secret rushed past her heart like a surging wave when she saw Esther acting foolishly according to her plan. 

Liliane could not describe the gratification she felt as she could finally reveal this secret only she knew. 

It was just too bad that Esther had fainted and did not hear the truth about Felix’s birth. It was fine. There would be a next time. 

‘Next time, you’ll kill Felix with your own hands, Esther. 

‘You’ll kill your son yourself. 

‘How I anticipate the arrival of that day…’ 

“Useless.” Liliane’s cherry lips parted to mock Esther. 

“This was all she got? She did not even hurt a strand of Felix’s hair. She is really useless.’ 

Liliane’s eyes scanned the removed oxygen tube, and she curled her lips slowly into a smirk with an icy gaze. 

What would become of Felix now that he was without the oxygen tube? 

Liliane took a deep breath and switched to the image of a gentle, caring mother in a split second. The menacing, shameless, and vicious Liliane vanished as if it were just an illusion. 

She rubbed her eyes until they were red before she turned around and went to the door. 

What Liliane did not know was that the moment she turned around, Felix, who was on the bed, clutched the blanket tightly. His subtly quivering body exposed his current distress and fear. 

Felix could not help recalling the words Liliane had said next to his ears just now. Everyone thought that Esther was a bad person for hurting him, but the person who was really harming him was the mother he had been calling “Mommy” for four years-Liliane. 

Was what she said true? Was he really Esther and Bradley’s child? 

If what Liliane said was true, did that mean Tinkerbell, who had passed away, was his actual sibling? 

Felix was frightened terribly by the sudden change of events. He dared not open his eyes, Liliane would kill him if she knew that he had been awake this whole time.
