Bradley stayed silent in the same spot, his face dark, radiating chilly rage. 

After some time passed, Bradley finally moved toward Kevin and said hoarsely, “Start the car. Take me to the orphanage.” 

Since Pixie wasn’t their daughter, where were the twin girls that Cole had brought from prison? 

Cole had disappeared after falling into the river, and to this day, his fate remained a mystery. There was no confirmation of whether he was alive or dead-his body was nowhere to be found. 

Bradley had no choice but to search for Pixie. He believed that if he found her, he could use Esther’s love for the children, especially Felix, to his advantage. As long as he had her, he wouldn’t worry about whether Esther would willingly return to him. 

“Which orphanage?” Kevin sat in the car, checking the address on the navigation system. Bradley sat in the back seat, massaging his slightly swollen temples as he tried to remember. He realized he didn’t know which orphanage Cole had taken the daughters to. 

Back then, he had mistakenly thought they were Esther and another man’s children and had paid no attention to them. This led to his inability to know where his children were. 

“Just a moment.” Bradley called the lawyer from the legal department before telling Kevin, ” Sunflower Welfare.” 

“Got it.” 

Thirty minutes later, Bradley and Kevin arrived at Sunflower Welfare. The staff member who greeted Bradley appeared visibly anxious, stumbling over their words. “Mr. Warner, what-” 

“Where is my daughter? Where have you hidden her?” Bradley’s demeanor remained composed, but his words sliced through the air with force. 

The staff member faltered. “Mr. Warner, your… daughter?” 

“Five years ago, my special assistant, Cole, brought a pair of twin daughters here. I demand to know where they are.” 

Clearly intimidated by Bradley’s intensity, the staff member began to sweat. “Mr. Warner, I’ve only been working here for two years. I’m not familiar with events from five years ago. However, if you’d like to inquire, I can show you the archives.” 

“Lead the way.”
