The entire hall fell silent upon hearing Trevyn's remark. Those who had no relations with the Stones were eager to watch the drama unfold. Those who were working with the Stones looked at the people around them with a solemn and surprised expression.
"It looks like Liam's about to be finished. Looks like Trevyn is going to fight Liam and the Stones to death this time."
"Come on, be more confident. What do you mean it looks like it? Liam and the Stones are going to be finished. They've offended a general. On top of that, the Hughes family is a very powerful family, to begin with. The loser, Liam, and the puny Stone family are done for."
"Holy shit. I'm still collaborating with the Stones."
"F*ck, what are you waiting for you? Hurry up and have someone terminate the collaboration with the Stones! It'll be bad if you get caught in the middle if they truly were to fight against each other."
"He's right. Hurry up and pick the right side. What are you still waiting for?"
In that instant, the once silent hall was abuzz. Dozens of families and business owners that had a partnership with the Stones immediately grabbed their phones to call their staff. They had their staff immediately terminate all collaborations with the Stones.
Trevyn's words stunned and frightened everybody. With just one line, he sentenced the Stones to death. Such a terrifying power and means truly showed that the Hughes family was the top family in Roselle City. Once Trevyn got promoted to the rank of general, the Hughes family would probably be the top family in Willoughby.
Trevyn looked arrogant while the crowd was in discussion. He did not care about their comments at all and said, "I'll be promoted to general on the eighth of next month. I want Liam to apologize to my family and repent on his knees at our door. I want the Stones to kneel before my family and apologize as well.
"The Stones can use all their connections and resources to go against me. I'm not afraid of that. I'll invite all of you to come and watch when the time comes, and we'll discuss the big plan for our future development in Willoughby as well."
