She was perfect in his eyes.
"Really?" Alice said happily as she put down the cup and wiped her lips with her hands. Her eyes curved into a crescent moon shape, "That's great, I thought I was too nervous to complete."
The first time she had done these things as his girlfriend, the first time she had come to the event without giving her much time to prepare, she had thought she had done it badly.
"No, you did well."
William looked deeply into her eyes, his gaze becoming increasingly profound. Abruptly, he pulled her into his embrace and hugged her tightly.
Alice heavily crashed into his embrace with an inexplicable expression on her face. "What's wrong with you?"
Why did he suddenly hug her?
"Alice." William whispered her name.
"Hmm?"
"The feeling of being loved by you isn't bad." William said in a deep voice. His voice was
magnetic, his arms wrapped tightly around her.
Alice was startled, but hearing his words, a tinge of sweetness flowed through her heart, as she reached out to grab his back.
He liked her efforts.
That's good.
As Alice leaned against his chest, she suddenly thought of something and became nervous again, "Steward Daniel said that there will be an interview later. It will be the highest-level magazine in Britain, and there won't even be a record of the questions. What if my spoken English is not good enough? "
If he showed her the questions ahead of time, she could barely prepare the answers and carry them on her back a few times.
Now was the instant question about how her poor spoken language would pass.
William released her, placed his hands on her slender waist, and stared at her with his black eyes. "You can just sit there and listen to my answer, I don't need you to do anything."
"Fine."
Alice nodded.
William brought her here to take a break, then
Daniel came to his door to rush her. The time for the interview was already over.
Alice immediately took a deep breath, and looked at her with disdain, "Are you that nervous? Just an interview."
"I was nervous when I went up to the podium to read my lesson." Alice took a deep breath, each breath growing longer and longer, in order to ease his nervousness.
"Heh."
William mocked.
Alice felt uncomfortable listening to his laughter, she turned to look at him, "Aren't you nervous too? You took a deep breath before the preview, I saw."
Hearing that, William's eyes revealed awkwardness, he glared at her and said, "What do you know, I'm not nervous just for the press conference!"
"Then why?"
Yesterday's big event was only the press conference, what else could make him nervous? He thought that she was lying to him like a child.
"I'm openly in love, what if you don't go on stage? How would I know if you would escape on the spot? It's not like you haven't run before!" William said.
Alice was stunned, it turned out that he was nervous because of this.
She ran out the door and gave him a mental shock? I've only run a few times.
"Tell me, you will never run again!" William stared at her and tyrannically ordered.
"Yes, I won't run anymore." Mr. Cullen, let's go and accept an interview."
Alice took his arm and dragged him away.
William looked at her gentle appearance, and couldn't help but feel a tinge of satisfaction in his eyes, but his mouth was still cold as he said, "Remember, you are not allowed to run, if you run again, I really will put a dog collar on you!"
Again.
If he didn't mention the dog collar, would he die? Could he respect her a little?
Alice didn't tell him, and dragged him away.
An interview room was temporarily set up in the Science Museum. Alice followed William in, and saw all of them being the same kind of Foreigners.
Seeing them, a brown—haired Foreigners who was reading an interview draft stood up and
looked at them with a smile. His eyes were full of respect, "Mr. Cullen, Miss Clyne, please take a seat.
Henry.
Alice looked at him, and suddenly remembered that he was the Henry who was praised as the number one person in Britain on the internet.
The first mouth was not very terrifying.
"Yes."
William replied indifferently. His attitude was always haughty and unrestrained.
The chair that Alice prepared was two grey. Alice sat on it with her legs together, trying her best to pose as a young lady. This was something that Daniel had taught her this morning.
