He sat there leisurely, his fingers caressing the coffee cup, as he lowered his head to smell the aroma of the coffee.
" Mr. Cullen seems that he really did not concern about Brown Family and is rather calm." Patrick followed Alice's gaze and looked over, "Could it be that Mr. Cullen knew about this matter from the beginning?"
Hearing that, Beverly looked at William in shock.
William?
Knowing about it in advance?
"Impossible, Mother."
Alice immediately said, her gaze sweeping past Patrick, and she needed to think of a way, rather than doubting this and that.
Beverly was stunned for a few seconds, then nodded, "That's impossible, he has no reason to do that."
"Yeah, Mr. Cullen is someone who wants to marry Alice. He's not willing to watch anything happen to Brown Family." Patrick replied lightly.
As they were speaking, William just sat there, indifferent.
Abruptly, William opened his eyes, which had a cold light in them, and threw the cup at Mary who was the closest to him.
The hot coffee poured down Mary's face.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Mary stood there and screamed. Then, panic-stricken, she bowed towards William, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
Seeing that, a look of dissatisfaction flashed past Beverly's eyes.
"What kind of coffee? Can you make coffee? Boil another cup for me." William looked coldly at Mary, his attitude extremely arrogant.
"Got it, Mr. Cullen, I will go now, I will go now."
Mary didn't care about her dirty clothes and immediately went to make more coffee.
Patrick sat there silently, and he did not say much, his expression extremely ugly.
The coffee was not poured on Mary's body, but on her face.
"William."
Alice looked at William and frowned.
Can you stop messing around?
William placed the cup down, and his black eyes met her gaze. His gaze turned deep, as if he had just awoken from a dream, "Where did you say that? "Oh, I knew it. These four words are quite interesting."
"What do you mean?"
Beverly asked.
"It's nothing. I just thought it would be interesting." William spoke as if he was trying to solve a riddle, his voice low and magnetic, giving off an evil aura. His eyes swept across Patrick as he laughed in disdain, "The story of someone killing his benefactor is also not new."
"Impossible."
Alice said almost immediately, and she knew Patrick's character.
When Patrick said William, Alice said it was impossible.
William took back his hat to Patrick, but Alice also said that it was impossible.
William's expression immediately darkened. He glared at Alice fiercely, then smashed the cup in front of him to vent his anger.
"Auntie." Patrick stood up from the sofa, looked down at Beverly, and said, "I came here to pacify you, and I still need to go deal with some matters, and try my best to save uncle as soon as possible."
"I'll go with you."
Alice immediately stood up and said.
Patrick looked at her silently, his eyes filled with hesitation.
"Alice, this is against the rules." Beverly was also a little hesitant, "Furthermore, you haven't even been to the shopping mall, let alone the Brown Family."
Alice was only a Cartoonist.
Alice stood there, her lips tightly pursed.
The Brown Family did not allow females to participate in the management, they were not allowed to conduct business, and they were not even allowed to know what the management was. This was the iron-like rule of the Brown Family.
Was she really that anxious?
Alice's lips moved. Just as she was about to say something, William, who was at the side, suddenly stood up. Her black eyes looked straight at Patrick, and the corner of his lips curled up into a smile.
"I wonder if my son-in-law can participate in the rules of the Brown Family?"
William looked at Patrick and asked.
Of course.
Patrick looked at William, and said indifferently, "You and Alice have not truly married."
"It's just that piece of paper. Do you want me to bring that piece of paper here for you to look at?" William sneered.
The light in Patrick's eyes tightened, and he immediately said lightly, "Of course it's fine if I have to comply with your request, as long as you agree."
"No more fighting?"
William said in disdain, "What if only you and I fight with each other for the authority of the Brown Family, how much certainty do you have?"
Patrick was actually so easy to talk to.
Patrick said indifferently, not angered at all, "I don't have time to argue with Mr. Cullen. Let's save uncle first, let's go."
Alice hugged Beverly and looked at him.
William and Patrick working together should be able to save her father.
Alice's hand nodded at Beverly, who was currently at a loss. Seeing Alice signal for her to go, she said, "Then the two of you go, if there is any news ,tell me immediately.Go."
Now, as long as her father can return safely, he would no longer care about anything else.
Patrick and William, one devoted to the Brown Family and the other a son - in - law, both could be considered trustworthy people. Other than this, she couldn't think of anyone else that he could rely on.
