"Alright."
Alice nodded obediently. After tucking her up, he stood up and left.
Alice watched him leave.
Before she even had the time to close her eyes, the door was pushed open again. William stood at the door and looked at her with his black eyes, "You should get up and follow me."
He still worried about her.
"..."
Stupid, he had already passed this trial, how could she still do stupid things?
She looked at William helplessly, thought for a moment, then stood up obediently and followed William.
Even though she was tired, she still liked to accompany William by his side.
They once again walked into the cockpit. The ground was covered with mess and Alice couldn't bear to look at it, so she wanted to clean it up. William glanced at her and tyrannically ordered, "Come over to my side."
"Oh."
Alice walked to his side and watched him work on the dashboard. She did not understand and stared at his handsome face.
William lowered his eyes and stared at the strings of data on it.
Alice stared at his face.
She would sweat profusely just thinking about it.
When William suddenly appeared, she was extremely terrified, she was afraid that he would not take this blow and become a madman.
He'd always been better than she'd imagined, better.
"When did you know I was being played?"
William suddenly asked.
Alice stood by his side and observed his face as she said, "I've suspected that very early. Later on, I stole your medical history to show to a good friend of my foster father, that doctor thought it through and he kept saying that it was only a possibility, but I just thought that Mona would not peacefully treat you."
"She hates me for publicly breaking the engagement."
William said in a serious tone.
"Yeah, she's always resented it. If you didn't believe in her professionalism too much, you wouldn't have approached her." Alice said, "I didn't tell you at the beginning because I was afraid that you wouldn't accept this fact."
"Afraid that I'll turn into a madman."
Alice lowered her head silently, then said, "You are always stronger than we thought, I think this time, Mona is also regretting her decision."
Because of the hatred she felt from being reneged on the marriage, she had amassed her resentment and toyed with William for four years.
She should also be clear that if this matter were to be exposed, she would definitely be pursued by William to the end.
"In my eyes, she is already a dead person." William's tone suddenly turned cold, "Whether she regrets it or not, I will definitely not let her off."
Alice stood at the side and nodded, "As long as you don't have extreme thoughts of perishing together with her, it's fine."
Whatever else he wanted to do, she wouldn't interfere.
There were some grudges that needed to be settled.
William stood there, adjusting a few struts and buttons. Alice walked over to his side and asked, "Did I break it, making it hard to fix?"
She stood there, her breast carelessly brushed against his arm.
William's body instantly became stiff.
Alice didn't notice and went closer to him. She lowered her eyes and looked at the dashboard, "That Mr. Y said that the equipment on the yacht is very high-tech, aren't they difficult to repair?"
"Can't you see that I'm just trying to talk?"
"Huh?"
Alice looked at him in confusion.
"Don't get any closer to me. I can't even see the numbers on the dashboard." William cast a sidelong glance at her innocent eyes and added, "Don't look at me like that again, stand away."
His temper began to worsen again.
Alice pouted, she quietly retreated.
William stood there and continued his research. Less than a minute later, he suddenly turned around and glared at her.
"Am I standing far enough away?" Alice looked at him helplessly, "I can even affect you here? Then I'd better go to my room and rest."
Alice moved closer to the door.
"Come back!"
William frowned.
Alice could only stick close to the wall and go back.
He had begun to order her around so quickly.
"Come here!"
William stared at her legs.
"Oh."
Alice walked over with small steps and looked at his eyes with every step.
Just like that, Alice moved, until she was right in front of William.
William lowered his eyes and stared at her, his face was still filled with dissatisfaction.
