Peter understood her unspoken message and stopped hoking back. His hands caressed her back with reverence and patience, slowly moving to the last that held her dress in place. Untying it, he let the fabric fall, revealing her pale, soft skin. He took a moment to admire her, his eyes filled with tenderness and desire.
Quickly shedding his own clothes, Peter approached her, guiding her to the bed. He laid her down gently, his hands exploring every inch of her body as if committing it to memory. His kisses followed a path from her lips to her neck, lingering on her collarbone, then down to her breasts, her navel, and beyond. Celeste trembled beneath his touch, overwhelmed by sensations she hadn’t felt in years. Each moment was filled with unspoken desire and mutual vulnerability, marking the beginning of something neither of them could have predicted.
After so long, Celeste was finally allowing herself to savor every kiss, every caress, and every sensation Peter evoked in her. As the intensity built, her body tensed, and the energy that had been colling in her abdomen reached its peak, exploding in a wave of pleasure. She cried out his name, her voice raw and uninhibited Peter returned to her lips, kissing her deeply as her body trembled in his arms. Their eyes met, and in that gaze, words became unnecessary. The connection between them was electric, as if their very souls were barlog themselves, drawn together by an unspoken force. Their pupils dilated, their breaths quickened, and their gazes seemed to strip away the last vestiges of distance between them.
The night stretched on, their shared passion drawing them closer in ways neither had experienced in years. wasn’t just seeking memories anymore he was living fully in the present, cherishing every moment with Celeste. In thirteen years of trying to live a “normal” life, he had never experienced anything like this.
Peter
As dawn approached, Peter watched Celeste sleeping in his arms. Her mere presence made his heart race. There was something about her that stirred emotions he thought he had buried. Sensing his gaze, Celeste stirred and opened her eyes, meeting his smile with a soft one of her own
“Good morning,” Peter greeted her, his voice warm.
“Good morning… I’m beginning to think your plan for this weekend was to keep me from sleeping,” she teased.
“Not at all. None of this was planned.”
Celeste chuckled and nestled closer, resting her head against his chest. She closed her eyes, content in the moment
“Celeste, there’s something I need to tell you,” Peter began after a pause. “I want you to live in Westhaven. If it were up to me, I’d ask you to move in with me right now, but I know how ridiculous that sounds, and I don’t want to scare you. Still, I can’t stand the thought of you spending hours on the bus every day just to get to work.”
“Peter, I can’t afford to rent a place in Westhaven. Maybe after I sell more of my paintings and pay off my debts, I can move closer, but for now, it’s still two hours each way.
“You don’t have to worry about rent,” Peter said gently. “I’ve already asked someone to find a place for you, something that suits your style. I know you prefer simple things, so I made sure it would match that. Celeste, I want to start something real with you. If it were up to me, I’d take you to my home today, but I don’t want to rush
you
“I have to leave for a trip today, but I’ll be back in a week. While I’m away, think about it. I’ll send you a few options, and you can choose the one you like best. I don’t want you to feel like I’m imposing anything. Consider this as something you can repay when you sell more paintings.‘
“So… It’s a loan? You’d treat it like a loan?” Celeste asked, er tone skeptical.
