Chapter 1250
Alden instantly knew George’s thoughts.
He raised his eyebrows, and a menacing light was shown in his indifferent eyes. “George, you seem sure that I’ll lose.”
George was startled, but he held his fist in front of his lips and covered his awkwardness with a cough. “Ahem, why would I think that? You’ll surely win.”
Alden instantly rolled his eyes.
“Okay, I’m going to board now. Stay in touch with me about Grapie,” Alden said.
He had returned on a temporary application, and there was still a pile of work awaiting him.
“Go ahead. Take care.” George urged. “Don’t forget to track Mr. Rowan Craig.”
Alden snorted pridefully and said, “Do I need to do that? Isn’t Everett better than me?”
When George heard this, he smiled.
This brat was holding a grudge.
“How can that be? You’re the top in the world.”
Alden ignored him. He waved at George and walked to the boarding gate without turning back.
George still flashed him a smile.
It was not until Alden’s back also disappeared among the crowd that he turned back and raised his eyebrows in puzzlement.
It was strange. Alden’s network skills were much better than his, and Alden was one of the red hackers who was internationally frightening.
Why would he reflexively think that Everett
would win and Alden would lose?
He had to be possessed.

George sighed and shook his head. Just as he was about to leave, someone called him from the back.
“George Winters!”
When George heard the familiar female voice, he instantly stopped walking. He turned around and looked over.
A woman with a tall figure and an indifferent, stunning appearance stood at the exit.
It was Raina.
Mr. Winters, who was always calm, instantly broke into a surprised smile. He was excited like a young man.
He strode over toward Raina quickly, and while everyone watched, he instantly held her in his arms.
The woman’s familiar scent lingered in his nose, and George felt his heart melt and tremble. His voice was husky as he asked, ”

Aren’t you taking the flight tomorrow? Why are you back so soon?”
“You… Let go of me first…”
When Raina saw different strange gazes from her surroundings, her face turned red immediately. She pushed his broad chest as she said, “It’s… too crowded here. People are watching…‘
“Why? Is our brave Ms. Barlow shy now?” George loosened his grip but still held her waist aggressively. He looked down at her, and a happy smile formed at the corners of his lips. “Tell me first. Why did you come back earlier?”
“I… I just bought the ticket …” Raina looked away and did not want to see him.
“My question is why you would come back early.” George kept probing. “I remember you being very busy, and it’s not easy for you to take a few days off. Why would you still come back early? Why have you returned in advance?”
